‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Tom Sandoval’s MONEY TROUBLES May Lead to Foreclosure!
As financial woes loom over Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval, the possibility of foreclosure becomes an increasingly real threat to his financial stability.
Tom Sandoval updated viewers on his effort to make a deal on the home he shares with his ex, Ariana Madix, on the most recent episode of Vanderpump Rules.
Tom and Ariana were still living under the same roof during Tuesday’s episode, a Valley Village property they purchased together, in 2019. The duo paid $2 million for the house.
In March 2023, the couple’s relationship crashed and burned when Tom’s affair with Pump Rules alum, Rachel “Raquel Leviss, was exposed, kicking off a battle over their shared house.
Season 11 has featured the exes communicating through Tom’s assistant amid a joint effort to come to an agreement about the property. Tom’s lawyers expressed an intent to buy Ariana out at top dollar, but her attorneys did not respond right away.
Tom revealed that he had received word that Ariana wanted to accept his offer during a conversation with Lisa Vanderpump, featured during Tuesday’s episode.
“That’s good,” Lisa said, “So are you going to sell it or are you going to buy her out?”
He replied — “I’m taking a couple days to think about it cause that offer I gave her was over two months ago and my thoughts have maybe changed since then.”
Tom told cameras that he was reconsidering his offer, commenting — “Ariana took so long to get back to me that now I’m on the fence of whether I want to keep it or can keep the house at all. If I have to refinance, it would be more than double what I’m currently paying.”
Lisa encouraged Tom to sell the property.
Ariana dissolved into tears over letting go of her “dream home” in a scene featured during last week’s episode.
She explained during a discussion with Scheana Shay and Lala Kent — “It just sucks cause it’s like I put so much of my life and my money and my time into making this my dream home and it was my dream home.”
The 38-year-old continued — “Not only did he wreck it but the way he wants to act like he’s somewhat deserving of staying there.”
Ariana later vented in a confessional spot — “I’m trying to find ways to go through all these things without making it everybody else’s problem, but then he’s openly talking s**t, because the guy has no remorse.”
It appears that the potential deal went nowhere as Ariana took legal action in January to settle the issue with her ex. TMZ obtained documents that stated that Ariana was requesting a “partition by sale,” which would allow the home to be sold and the profits split.
In late March, Page Six reported that Ariana had purchased her own $1.6 million home in Los Angeles.
A source told the outlet — “Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter.”
Ariana has been bringing in a hefty income in the months since Tom and Raquel’s affair grabbed headlines.
The Bravo star landed a flood of post-scandal endorsement deals with brands including Bic, Duracell, Bloomingdales, Lay’s, T-Mobile, Uber, Airbnb, among others. She also starred in a Lifetime film, launched a cocktail book and just landed a gig as the new host of “Love Island USA.” Her image was splashed on the covers of Glamour magazine and Us Weekly and she even enjoyed a stint on Broadway, playing Roxie Hart in Chicago. Ariana also recently collaborated with DSW to launch a line of footwear.
