‘Sister Wives’ Garrison Brown’s TRANSGENDER Sister Leon Reacts to His Death!

Leon Brown took to Instagram recently to share a touching tribute dedicated to the Sister Wives alum’s half-brother, Robert Garrison Brown, after his death by suicide, last month.

The 28-year-old, the only child of Kody and Meri Brown, reposted a tribute  shared by Garrison’s mother, Janelle Brown, adding her own sentiment — “I spent the whole day crying yesterday because I just wanted to text you ‘Happy Birthday Gary.’”

Leon, formerly Mariah Brown, added — “I miss you so much, I love you forever.”

Janelle, Kody Brown’s second ex-wife, recently told her followers that they had marked her late son’s birthday at his favorite restaurant.

“We talked a lot about you today,” Janelle wrote via Instagram. “I still feel you nearby sometimes. And I’m grateful we will see each other again when my journey is completed.”

Garrison died on March 4, of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Garrison’s brother, Gabriel Brown, found his brother’s body after he was sent to his  home by his mother, who had received disturbing messages from her son.

Janelle asked Garrison about his well-being in one of her final text messages to her child, as reported by In Touch. The mom of six asked her son if he was “OK” as she had been “worrying more than usual.”

“You’re fine I gave Gabe my firing pistons a while ago I know you guys worry about my suicidal tendencies but I have no firearms in the house,” Garrison replied.

Garrison called in sick at work in a separate message, telling his boss that he planned to get checked out at a clinic.

Garrison’s roommates spoke to Flagstaff police officers about their friend’s drinking habits, confirming that he was drunk during their last conversations, on the night of his death.

“He always asked me for rides, to Taco Bell and s–t, late at night because he can’t drive, so I end up driving him places,” Garrison’s roommate, Addison, told police as revealed in body cam footage. “I know that he was going through some s–t with his ex-girlfriend, I don’t know.”

Garrison was laid to rest on March 9, and was later honored with a celebration of life ceremony held by his former Nevada National Guard unit, on March 25.

Garrison’s sister, Madison Brush, spoke out on social media two weeks after the family tragedy.

“Mental health is so important, and I don’t think we talk about it enough, and I don’t think we do enough to bring awareness,” Madison said, through tears.

The mom of three clarified that her brother had not been bullied, nor was it a “lack of love” that led to his decision to end his own life.

“It was mental health, and I am going to continue talking about mental health and self-love until I’m blue in the face because I don’t think it’s talked about enough in a way that people understand it,” she said.

Madison added that her family members had reunited over the loss, and had loved each other despite their “differences.”

“So if you’re struggling with community, I would encourage you to get out and talk to people and get away from your screens, and social media’s not real, and get community with your family, your friends, your loved ones,” she stated.
