Brittany Cartwright Unveils BRAND NEW FACE … ‘The Valley’ Fans Think She Had FACE TRANSPLANT!

Brittany Cartwright promised that fans would see the ups and downs that led to her split from Jax Taylor on the premiere season of The Valley, but it was the Vanderpump Rules alum’s altered look that grabbed the attention of fans.    

Many viewers were shocked to see Brittany’s latest nips and tucks during  a recent episode of the new Bravo show. 

On Tuesday, X account, @RealityTVU, kicked off a discussion about Brittany’s shifted appearance and received lots of fan feedback.    

The X user posted an image snapped from one of Brittany’s confessional spots, writing — “I can understand why older women like the Real Housewives get carried away with plastic surgery, but I can’t understand why a young woman like Brittany would do this.”

One person replied — “In LA people start with Botox and filler at 19. Brittany is 35. She’s probably been doing something for at least 10 years.”

Another wrote — “If you’re under 50 getting plastic surgery, a therapist is the only doctor you should be seeing.”

A third chimed in — “She looks like some awful blow up doll. Why is she not on Ozempic and removing those implants? Problems solved.”

One viewer said — “She absolutely destroyed herself. What a shame. And you’re right-at such a young age.”

Another added — “She really looks terrible.  She was one of the most beautiful girls on Vanderpump Rules… even before Jax bought her the implants.  Now, she is beginning to look like The Joker. What a shame.”

Several viewers pointed to her estranged husband as the person who purportedly pushed for Brittany to go under the knife. 

One fan wrote — “I think she did it for Jax.. just like he wanted her to get those HUGE implants… and paid for them!”

Another agreed — “I think it’s because of Jax. Jax was the one who said she should get a boob job. I don’t think jax is attracted to her. And I think it’s because he’s battling with his sexuality. And if he ever comes out, she’s gonna be pissed that she made herself look like the joker for a joker.”

A user said — “I think Jax is making her feel bad about herself.”

Another person noted — “Her husband is very superficial and she is very insecure.”

Brittany, who has been navigating the breakup in real time, spoke to ET ahead of the premiere of “The Valley.” She told the outlet that the marriage had been rocky for quite some time when she and Jax made the decision to separate.  

“Throughout the season, you’re going to see things here and there and then it just got worse once the cameras went down. I just kind of hit my breaking point and I can only take so much after nine years, you know?” the reality star shared.

Brittany hinted that a pattern of past behavior played into the couple’s marital demise.

“I don’t know how much I can give away right now but just like being put down constantly. Honestly, I deserve to be lifted up like the queen that I am,” she said during the interview. 

Brittany previously clarified that she was open to a reconciliation, adding  that she had given Jax a list of five things that would need to occur before she’d consider giving their marriage another shot.

Jax refuted rumors that they had staged the breakup to promote the new show, telling ET — “I want to make it very clear that this is not a publicity stunt. I feel like this would be the most disgusting way to publicize your show, so I want to make that very clear, that’s not what’s going on here. People go through tough things in their marriage, we’re trying to figure things out a little bit. But it doesn’t stop us working together, we’re adults.”

The Valley airs on Tuesdays at 9 pm ET on Bravo.
