Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s Ex-Husband Ryan Scott Anderson SCAMMED by Convicted Murderer!

Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s ex-husband Ryan Scott Anderson fell victim to a scam orchestrated by the convicted murderer, as she utilized him for financial support during her prison sentence and abruptly ended their relationship upon her release, revealing her ongoing romantic involvement with her ex-boyfriend.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s estranged husband, Ryan Scott Anderson, describes how he was “blindsided” by their breakup and his wife’s decision to run back to her ex-fiancé, Ken Urker.

“I’m not doing well with it,” Anderson told the Daily Mail. “For me it just came out of the blue. I had no idea she still had such strong feelings for him.”

Blanchard and Urker got engaged in 2018, while she was serving a ten-year prison sentence for plotting the 2015 murder of her abusive mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. The duo appeared to split the following year.

Anderson contacted Blanchard, 32, via mail, in 2020 and the pair’s romance grew as Blanchard served out her sentence at the Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri. The couple wed in a jailhouse ceremony in 2022, and the convicted felon reunited with her husband after her release, in December 2023.

Blanchard and Urker were seen holding hands while running errands in New Orleans last week. They spent part of their time together having matching illustrations of a husky inked on their forearms, per photos published by TMZ.

“I haven’t spoken to her, so I just don’t know what’s going on,” Anderson told the outlet of the situation. “I’m at a loss. I’m really not doing well at all.”

The report, published Friday, stated that Blanchard had moved out of the home she shared with Anderson and into her father and stepmother’s home in Cut Off, Louisiana, which is located about three hours from her marital home in Lake Charles.

Blanchard announced the split on her personal Facebook page, after deleting various other social media accounts.

“People have been asking what is going on in my life,” she reportedly wrote. “Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.”

“I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find… who I am.”

Urker’s mother, Raina Williams, claimed that her son was “not back together” with his ex.

“As of right now, there is no plans on a romantic scale,” Williams told People.

Blanchard’s father, Rod Blanchard, revealed that he was not confident that her marriage to Anderson would last, ahead of his daughter’s prison release.

“Personally, I give it a 50/50 chance that it’s going to work,” he told People, in December. “She can be spontaneous and make a quick decision and just jump into things without thinking.”

Blanchard added that he didn’t agree with his daughter’s decision to move in with Anderson straight out of prison.

“She’s grown, and she was told what to do all her life,” he clarified. “We wish she wouldn’t have, but like I told her, if it doesn’t work out, I’ll be there to help pick up the pieces.”

Gypsy’s story, which was covered in the 2017 HBO documentary “Mommy Dead and Dearest” and the 2019 Hulu show “The Act,” led to her July 2016 guilty plea and subsequent 10-year prison sentence. She was granted parole in September.
