She recounted in the legal documents, “I left him there, and upon my return, I found he had tossed my clothing onto the driveway. It was raining, leading to significant damage or complete ruin of my belongings.”

The woman alleged that in the subsequent year, his temper flared when she inquired about his whereabouts for an entire day. “Respondent assaulted me by jumping on my neck,” she disclosed in her startling legal submission.

Before becoming the chateau manager at the French countryside estate of Vanderpump Rules star Lisa Vanderpump, Chateau Rosabelle, Eric was involved in a tumultuous five-year relationship. His ex-girlfriend has levied serious abuse and assault allegations against him.

Their relationship spanned from 2017 to 2022, during which they cohabited in a Los Angeles apartment, a setting for several unsettling events.

On November 13, 2020, Eric’s former partner sought a temporary restraining order, citing enduring abuse throughout their years together, as outlined in court filings.

The reported abuse dates back to 2018, according to the woman, whose identity has been withheld by the outlet. She recounted an incident where Eric allegedly “grabbed” her neck beside their vehicle, triggered by her refusal to drive.

She recalled in the legal documents, “I abandoned him there, and upon my return, discovered he had scattered my clothing on the driveway. It was raining, leading to their damage or total ruin.”

In December 2019, at their Los Angeles residence, he alleged she “attacked him with a pillow,” after which he “began to strangle” her.

Attempting to flee the room, she reported that he “strangled” her once more for several seconds.

She recounted in the court filings, “I warned him I was about to scream, which made him release me.”

The following day, due to neck pain, she admitted herself to a hospital.

Upon disclosing the incident to the hospital staff, they suggested notifying the police. However, she expressed fear, citing previous death threats from Eric, “He had threatened my life before,” she noted in the legal documents.

Three months following the incident, his ex-partner described him as becoming “even more aggressive,” subjecting her to “psychological and verbal abuse” that severely impacted her mental health.

On her birthday in 2020, he reportedly “spat in her face,” according to the legal documents.

Then, on September 28, 2020, she reported that Eric routinely “berated her and incited arguments.”

He blamed her for injuring his knee, a claim she refuted, leading to him “forcibly removing her from the room and nearly slamming the door on her face.”

She indicated her intent to contact the police, to which he allegedly responded with threats to “destroy” her.

The court filings note that he exited the premises, only to return much later in a heavily intoxicated state.

On November 11, 2020, Eric’s former partner reported that she asked him to remove biohazardous material he had brought from his workplace. Not mentioned in his Hulu profile, Eric had a background in stem cell therapy education and hosted the podcast “A Cup Of,” where he discussed regenerative medicine topics.

While trying to relocate the hazardous material outdoors, she alleged Eric “kicked her in the chest” before retreating to his room, hurling insults from behind the door.

He later accused her of scratching his abdomen, a mark she claimed to have seen the previous night.

In a subsequent incident on November 16, 2020, detailed in a December 2020 affidavit, she asserted that he menacingly threatened her life if she disclosed the events to anyone.

She described in the document, “He mimicked a gun with his finger, aimed at his head, and whispered, ‘I will kill you,’ followed by mimicking gunshot sounds.”

She added, “Since that threat, I’ve lived in constant fear.

“Throughout the year, he subjected me to physical, verbal, psychological, and financial abuse.”

A temporary restraining order was effective from November 13, 2020, until December 28, 2020.

Despite her efforts, she couldn’t secure legal representation due to financial difficulties, as mentioned in the legal documents.

The temporary restraining order lapsed without any court appearances on December 28, 2020, leading to case dismissal.

For her safety, Eric’s ex mentioned in the affidavit that she relocated to another state with her family’s assistance.

In the additional documents attached to the restraining order, Eric’s ex presented what she claimed were communications between herself and Eric’s sister, included in emails and text messages.

Eric’s sister purportedly confided in the ex, expressing, “He turns into a monster when that switch flips. But remember, I am with you 100%, sending you a big bear hug.”

She implored, “Please try to get him professional help. I’m genuinely hoping you can make a difference. Don’t let him ruin your life.”

Asserting her worth, she advised, “[You are] much more valuable than this. When he behaves that way, escape as quickly as you can.”

Further detailing Eric’s behavior, the sister reportedly stated that he “behaves like a spoiled child, feeling entitled to everything, ungrateful to anyone, treating us all like we’re his puppets.”

She lamented that he “tramples” over her as though she were “his carpet” and “utters vile, abhorrent things” to her.

Encouraging a proactive approach, she supposedly urged him to seek therapy or counseling and reassured his ex to “keep your spirits up” and contact her for support or a shoulder to cry on.

“Sending hugs and kisses. You’ll be in my prayers,” concluded her email.
