‘Selling Sunset’ Star Chelsea Lazkani’s Husband DEMANDS Court Deny Spousal Support and Kick Her Out of Their Home … Claims She’s A Thief!

Selling Sunset star Chelsea Lazkani’s estranged husband, Jeff Lazkani, has urged the court to reject her request for spousal support and grant him sole access to their Los Angeles home following the disappearance of his personal belongings.

Court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal Jeff’s counter to Chelsea’s recent divorce filing. He conceded that the divorce was warranted and concurred on shared custody of their children but resisted any spousal support demands.

The couple, whose union spanned over seven years, encountered turmoil leading to their separation. Chelsea, in her legal filing, pointed to “irreconcilable differences” for the divorce, noting they married in 2017 after connecting on Tinder and left the date of separation as “to be determined.”

The pair, parents to Melia, aged three, and Maddox, aged five, saw Chelsea advocating for shared custody.

She sought spousal support in her submission, simultaneously suggesting Jeff’s eligibility for such support be revoked. Her filing did not disclose any prenuptial agreement details.

Jeff’s legal rebuttal requested that each party cover their respective legal expenses. Additionally, he submitted a motion demanding sole occupancy of their Manhattan Beach property, emphasizing the need for a judicial directive to prevent Chelsea from altering, relocating, or damaging any personal items within the residence.

“During the marriage, the parties acquired the Manhattan Beach Property for approximately $2,900,000, taking out a $500,000 mortgage against the property. The mortgage is held solely in the name of Respondent. Respondent has a $2,100,000 million separate property reimbursement claim on the Manhattan Beach Property and estimates the fair market value of the property is approximately $4,200,000. Respondent, without contribution from Petitioner, pays the mortgage, property taxes, and other monthly bills on the Manhattan Beach Property.”

Jeff alleged that subsequent to Chelsea initiating the divorce proceedings, her conduct became questionable, noting: “several of my personal items have disappeared or been relocated from the Manhattan Beach residence by Chelsea. Additionally, she once hit me in the face forcefully, resulting in broken glasses and a minor facial laceration. Given these circumstances, it’s not conducive for both of us and the children to cohabit in the Manhattan Beach home, which is primarily my property.”

He detailed, “Notably, a scarf bequeathed to me by my deceased grandmother has vanished, as well as a hat belonging to Petitioner’s father, and the spare key to my car. After I couldn’t locate my Rolex, Chelsea confessed to relocating it. Furthermore, she has been surreptitiously moving about the property and even tried to access my room, presuming I was absent.”

Jeff stated, “She has previously displayed physical aggression towards me and, following the filing for divorce, she added a lock to the primary bedroom, effectively locking me out. She now remotely monitors and records my movements on the property.”

He suggested to the court that Chelsea has the option to reside with a friend in the vicinity or acquire a short-term rental.

However, the judge rejected Jeff’s urgent plea, granting him the option to revisit the motion at a later date.
