Kim Zolciak DESPERATE To Keep Her Gambling Debts From the Public!

Kim Zolciak is trying to keep her financial records exclusively between herself and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann.

Kim’s latest legal maneuver comes amid questions about her credit card and gambling debts as part of the ex-couple’s ongoing divorce.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum filed a motion for a protective order in an effort to keep her finances hush-hush, according to court documents obtained by Radar Online.

Court docs stated that the former reality star filed the request in order to “to prevent personal information from being released to the general public for herself and to protect the privacy of the parties’ children and non-party individuals who may be named in her financial statements, phone records, and other documents.”

Kim, who filed the expedited motion on February 5, noted that she was “able and willing to engage in discovery and to provide her responses, but is awaiting a ruling.”

The documents noted that Kim and Kroy tied the knot in November 2011 and share four minor children. The former Atlanta Falcons linebacker filed for divorce a second time in August 2023, after both parties withdrew their initial May filings.

The estranged couple’s bitter divorce war has been marked by multiple lawsuits, intense domestic squabbles and an ongoing threat of foreclosure on their Georgia mansion.

Kim and Kroy were slammed with a federal tax lien on April 11, 2023, shortly before they announced their split. The IRS accused the pair of owing over a million dollars in back taxes for the years 2013, 2017 and 2018. Kroy was later hit with a lawsuit over outstanding debt racked up in a Bahamas casino and an unpaid bill tied to a car lease. Kim is also being sued by Saks/Capital One for neglecting to pay $150k in credit card debt and fees.

Meanwhile, Kim’s 26-year-old daughter, Brielle Biermann, is facing the repossession of her 2019 Land Range Rover after a lawsuit over missed loan payments was ignored by both Brielle and the Don’t Be Tardy mom.

Court documents reviewed by The Blast revealed that Ally Bank was awarded the right to reclaim the Range Rover after Kim and Brielle defaulted on the sales agreement terms. The judicial order demanded the surrender of the luxury vehicle, primarily driven by Brielle, on a specified Wednesday. This decision arrived three months subsequent to Ally Bank’s initial legal action against the duo, after they failed to adhere to the $1,903 monthly payment schedule for the vehicle.

The update came after Kroy was ordered to surrender his $400,000 Rolls-Royce, per to a lawsuit filed by BMW.

Mr. Biermann never imagined that he would find himself in this position, having a car repossessed. But this is the fallout when folks find themselves spending way beyond their means. Kroy retired and no longer receives that NFL salary,” Kroy’s attorney, Marlys Bergstrom, said at the time.

“Every month, Kroy has to scratch enough money together to pay the mortgage to save the home from going into foreclosure; they are getting collection notices and now, lawsuits on behalf of creditors.”
