Tom Sandoval’s Secret Lady Friend Gets SLAPPED With Rachel Leviss’ Lawsuit at ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star’s $2 Mil Home!

At Tom Sandoval’s residence, a female guest received the lawsuit for revenge porn filed by Rachel Leviss, delivered by a process server.

Court records, accessed by RadarOnline.com, indicate that on March 12, the process server arrived at the Valley Village, California home, valued at $2.1 million, shared by Sandoval and his former partner Ariana Madix.

The server reported delivering the legal documents at 5:57 PM to a 40-year-old Caucasian woman, described as 5’5” tall, with brown eyes, and weighing 140 pounds, referred to as “Jane Doe.” This individual was recognized as a “competent member of the household.”

Following her lawsuit against Sandoval for his refusal to sell their shared property post-breakup, Madix has vacated the premises.

Recent reports surfaced that Sandoval is now in a relationship with model Victoria Lee Robinson.

Sandoval has been given weeks to formulate a response to Leviss’ legal action. As earlier reported, Leviss is seeking unspecified damages from Sandoval and Madix in her lawsuit, alleging that during her secretive relationship with Sandoval, he recorded their sexually explicit FaceTime conversations without her consent.

Leviss contends that Madix discovered these recordings and shared them with their “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars, confronting Leviss about them in March 2023, prior to the public exposure of the scandal. Leviss also criticized the production company for creating a hostile work environment post-disclosure of the affair.

Mark Geragos, Leviss’ attorney, stated, “This legal action targets the illicit conduct and those aiding and abetting it. Rachel has expressed remorse for her role in the affair, which is not unlawful. However, Tom and Ariana are implicated in committing criminal offenses. They further aggravated the situation by using these acts to humiliate, intimidate, demean, and deliberately harm Rachel’s mental well-being.”

Geragos emphasized, “The statute is explicit that recording someone clandestinely and circulating that covert recording are punishable offenses. Moreover, coaxing someone into sexual activities for such recording warrants the severest penalties permissible by law.”

As reported, Lisa Vanderpump slammed Rachel Leviss for taking aim at her ex, Tom Sandoval, and former Vanderpump Rules co-star, Ariana Madix, in a new lawsuit that involves an explicit video that was purportedly  recorded and exposed without her consent.

“That’s ridiculous,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum told TMZ, in March.

“I think if you don’t want to have somebody share your p*rn, then don’t send it to your best friend’s boyfriend,” Vanderpump quipped, referring to Sandoval.

Leviss’ lawsuit alleged that Sandoval, 41, recorded a FaceTime video that captured her in a solo sexual moment, and that Madix went on to supposedly share it with the other cast members. The video ultimately exposed Leviss and Sandoval’s months-long affair, kicking off a scandal that was later nicknamed “Scandoval.”
