The financial woes of the Kim Zolciak’s family have escalated, with her daughter, Brielle Biermann, forfeiting her Range Rover due to non-payment.

As the eldest child of Kim Zolciak, Brielle’s loss of her luxury car was confirmed by recent court documents reviewed by The Blast. This development follows a lawsuit against both Brielle and her mother concerning the vehicle’s payments.

The court documents revealed that Ally Bank was awarded the right to reclaim the Range Rover after Kim Zolciak and Brielle Biermann defaulted on the sales agreement terms. The judicial order demanded the surrender of the 2019 model vehicle, primarily driven by Brielle, on a specified Wednesday. This decision arrived three months subsequent to Ally Bank’s legal action against the duo in December for not adhering to the $1,903 monthly payment schedule for the car.

The bank’s lawsuit claimed that Kim and Brielle had an outstanding balance of $83,969.35 on the vehicle, exacerbating the financial difficulties faced by the reality TV family. The “Don’t Be Tardy” star, along with her estranged husband Kroy Biermann, are entangled in various legal battles and are under scrutiny by the IRS.

This incident follows a previous loss of a high-end automobile by the Zolciak-Biermann family, with Kroy Biermann having to return his Rolls-Royce due to non-payment on the luxury car, valued at $400,100.

Brielle, like her mother Kim, has encountered significant financial difficulties, notably with American Express. The credit card company initiated legal proceedings against her for an outstanding balance on her Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card. Court documents revealed that Brielle owed $12,870.25, with a required minimum payment of $1,381.88 due by June 27. Failing to comply with the payment terms led to American Express filing a lawsuit for the full amount due.

Brielle’s representatives responded to the situation, stating that she intended to settle the debt in full, suggesting her capability to cover the expense. Speculations arose that the necessary funds could have been derived from the earnings of “Biermann’s Closet,” the family’s website, known for selling their high-end belongings.

Kroy Biermann has taken legal action, requesting a share of the proceeds from the sale of designer items by his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, amid their ongoing divorce. He claimed that although Kim has been liquidating assets from their shared wardrobe, he has not received any portion of the proceeds.

Court filings highlighted Kroy’s concerns: “Respondent has and is in the process of selling some of the personal property. It is unknown what Respondent has done with the funds she received from the sale of the items.” He pointed out that the revenue from these sales was not being used to alleviate the financial burdens of their estate.

With the couple facing a reported $1.1 million in IRS debt and numerous bank lawsuits, Kroy described their financial state as “dire.” He urged the court to allow him a share of the income from the designer goods sales.

Kroy’s legal plea emphasized the need for “an equitable division of marital assets including the home and the personal property acquired during the marriage but currently in the sole possession” of Kim.

Kroy valued Zolciak’s designer collection in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, asserting that most of it was acquired during their 11-year marriage. Based on this, he sought financial accountability from her for the amassed wealth.

The former NFL player demanded that the reality TV star, Kim, compensate him for the legal expenses and other costs he accrued in pursuing the legal case against her. This request was made amidst the family’s ongoing financial and legal turmoil.

This legal battle unfolded shortly before Kim’s eldest daughter, Brielle, announced her engagement to minor league baseball player Billy Seidl. Brielle shared the engagement news on Instagram, followed by Kim expressing her joy a few days later.

Last month, Kim broke her silence on Brielle’s engagement with a heartfelt post. She shared three pictures from the romantic proposal on Instagram, with the first capturing Billy on one knee as he popped the big question while his fiancée looked overwhelmed by her emotions.

Brielle’s joyful expression continued on the second and third slides, where she flaunted her engagement ring. In the snaps, the excited 27-year-old was on a video call with Kim, who looked pleasantly surprised by her daughter’s new bling.

The proud mother shared her joy in the post’s caption, writing: “I’m so happy for @briellebiermann @bseidl21. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my kids happy!? It’s the best feeling EVER!! Love you both to the moon and back, and look forward to alllll the years to come.”
