Simon Guobadia Claims Porsha Williams Pulled Up With Armed GUNMAN At Their Home, Cops Called!!

Simon Guobadia has made startling allegations that Porsha Williams introduced an armed gunman to their marital residence, prompting a police response to the situation.

Simon Guobadia, 59, has responded to his estranged wife’s divorce filing with serious allegations in new legal documents.

He asserts in these filings, obtained by Page Six on Monday, that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star introduced an “armed gunman” into their shared residence.

Simon accusation detailed in the documents is that Porsha had “abandoned” their home temporarily, later to come back with “a man visibly bearing a gun for reasons unknown to [Simon].”

He further states that this incident wasn’t isolated, claiming Porsha had the man accompany her on two separate occasions.

In the documents, Simon recounts an incident on March 21, during which he felt compelled to contact law enforcement to “maintain the peace.”

He further accuses Porsha, 42, of enlisting “third parties” to call and harass both him and others, aiming to coerce them into leaving.

Moreover, Simon claims that around March 24, Porsha, alongside her mother and her mother’s boyfriend, executed a “forcible entry” into their marital residence. They allegedly disabled security cameras and “tampered with items and evidence.”

“Since the filing of the instant divorce, Wife’s actions have been erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing to … the house staff, and the minor children,” the documents state.

“[Porsha’s] behavior has caused safety concerns, especially since there are minor children —
[Simon’s] children — currently living in the Marital Residence.”

Simon has petitioned for a court-issued restraining order against the Bravolebrity as part of his legal response.

Last month, Porsha initiated divorce proceedings from Guobadia following a year of marriage, promptly urging the businessman not to “destroy” any financial documents. In his legal submission, Simon alleges that Porsha engaged in “calculated steps” to enter into marriage and then swiftly pursue a divorce as a strategy to “intentionally trigger” clauses in their prenuptial agreement, motivated by “personal financial gain and greed.”

Following these events, Porsha has publicly dissociated from Simon. She has removed his surname from her Instagram profile and expunged several photographs featuring him.

In the aftermath, Simon has been linked to romance speculation with a fitness trainer, signaling a move forward in his personal life.

As reported, Simon is reportedly seeing Yassmin Ibrahim, as suggested by a post on his Instagram featuring her with the caption, “My habesha sis @yassminkibrahim. Keep winning, very proud of you. #beenmyfriendbeforeBS.” Additionally, he highlighted a comment on the post that claimed Yassmin was more beautiful than Porsha, calling her quite the upgrade.

As Simon Guobadia navigates the complexities of his divorce, he finds himself embroiled in another legal battle — a substantial lawsuit accusing his company of failing to settle a bill with a private jet service.

Court documents reveal that NetJets Aviation, Inc. initiated legal action against Simon Guobadia’s business, Simcol Petroleum Limited Company.

The lawsuit details that NetJets operates a “fractional aircraft program.” This program involves NetJets in the business of selling and leasing fractional interests in private jets as part of the NetJets Fractional Program. Through a fractional aircraft program, multiple owners can share both the usage and the costs associated with an aircraft.
