Annemarie Wiley Claims “Double Standard” and “Hypocrisy” After Being Called Out for Attacking Sutton Stracke!

Annemarie Wiley hit back after her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Sutton Stracke, claimed that she “attacked” her on the show. The Bravo newbie called out Sutton’s “hypocrisy” for using the term despite her bestie, Garcelle Beauvais, blasting Dorit Kemsley for the same offense.

Sutton recently revealed that she didn’t consider Annemarie a friend, pointing out that she “kind of attacked me,” during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.”

Annemarie fired back, via her Instagram Stories — “So Sutton can say I ‘attacked’ her but it’s not ok when Dorit says ‘attack’ to Garcelle?”

She added — “Someone please make the double standard and hypocrisy make sense!”

Annemarie spoke about supposedly landing as a “target” on the Bravo series.

“Women of Color have to work twice as hard to be in the same spaces!! And even when we get there we are always a target,” she asserted. “You wanna talk about ‘privilege’?!?” … Let’s keep [it] consistent please.”

Garcelle told Dorit in a previous RHOBH episode — “There are three words you don’t say to Black women. You don’t say aggressive, you don’t say attack, and you don’t say angry, because that’s labeling us.”

She added in a confessional spot — “Dorit lives in a bit of a bubble, just triggers me. We live in a world now where we’re woke, whatever you want to say, and I feel like she’s not in that world.”

In January, Annemarie made headlines after she slammed a social media artist for portraying her in a way the reality star deemed “racist.”

Ryan Casey drew the nurse anesthetist with a small head, a sour expression and overly exaggerated muscular arms, wearing a vial of anesthesia as a pendant.

The artist seemingly depicts all Bravo stars with the same critical eye, but Annemarie took the caricature personally.

The Bravo star reposted the since-deleted drawing on January 27, captioning the post — “RACISM and cyber bullying.”

She wrote — “In case anyone wants to understand the level that I’ve been dealing with… here you go. I am a black woman, I am a former collegiate athlete. I wake up at 4:30 am every day to work out, and I am proud of the muscles and body that I have earned.”

Annemarie then put Casey on blast for displaying alleged “racism and hatred” through his art.

“Drawing a black woman as a gorilla is disgusting and completely unacceptable! Black women are strong and beautiful. Throughout history black women have been villainized as combative, aggressive, angry, dangerous, and ‘animalistic’ at every opportunity!”

Annemarie Wiley

“This is an entirely different level of RACISM and HATRED!” Annemarie fumed. “Enough of the racism and enough of the cyberbullying. Shame on you drunkdrawn.”

Annemarie’s comments came only two days after Casey appeared on Watch What Happens Live.

The artist issued an apology on his Instagram page, shortly thereafter.
