Chrisean Rock has stated that she has no intention of surrendering herself over an outstanding warrant for her arrest in Oklahoma. She emphasized that she cannot afford to be incarcerated as she is solely responsible for raising her son.

Chrisean Rock Refuses to Surrender

During a recent Instagram Live session with her followers, Chrisean spoke about the ongoing bench warrant issued by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. The warrant is related to an incident from 2022, involving allegations of drug and traffic offenses. 

Chrisean’s legal issue in Oklahoma has been public knowledge for some time, particularly since she resides in Los Angeles while her partner, Blueface, is incarcerated. Now, she’s choosing to confront the matter on camera, expressing her commitment to resolving it.

She explains that her reluctance to surrender and face the consequences is due to her newfound role as a mother. Chrisean has a baby now, and she’s determined not to be separated from him or confined behind bars.

It appears that Chrisean is relatively unconcerned about the situation. She mentions that things have been going well for her despite the outstanding legal issue.

Chrisean Rock Sued By James Wright Chanel

On January 7th, James Wright Chanel filed a lawsuit against Chrisean, alleging assault, battery, and emotional distress, as reported by TMZ. James Wright is Tamar Braxton’s backup singer, claims that Chrisean physically assaulted him and directed a homophobic slur at him.

Court documents reveal that Chrisean, who welcomed her first son with rapper Blueface in September 2023, allegedly struck James Wright backstage at a concert in November 2023, resulting in facial lacerations and broken teeth.

James Wright recounts that the altercation ensued after he informed Chrisean that she was only scheduled to join the stage for the twerk portion of the show, as she was not in the appropriate area at the time. Chrisean purportedly proceeded to strike James Wright multiple times with her hand while wearing “large champion-style rings.”

Following the incident, James Wright filed a police report and sought medical attention at a hospital and consulted with both a dentist and a plastic surgeon.

In addition to the claims of assault, battery, and emotional distress, James Wright is seeking compensation for his medical expenses and other damages.

Chrisean appears to maintain a nonchalant attitude towards the lawsuit as well, based on her demeanor in the video clip.

Chrisean Rock’s Son Medical Condition

Karlissa Saffold, Blueface’s mother, has emerged as a prominent figure on social media, frequently expressing her opinions on various subjects, particularly focusing on Blueface and his relationship with Chrisean Rock. Their shared child, Chrisean Jr., adds complexity to their dynamic. However, despite being the grandmother, Chrisean has chosen to keep Chrisean Jr. away from Karlissa, sparking further discussion and speculation online.

This situation has escalated into a series of exchanges on social media. Karlissa previously commented that the child didn’t resemble Blueface. In response, Chrisean retaliated by declaring that her son would not have the opportunity to meet his grandmother.

The conflict between them has become increasingly bitter, showcasing their mutual animosity. Recently, Karlissa went further by speculating about her grandson’s health, even suggesting that he may have a Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.

Karlissa Saffold’s theory about her grandson’s potential FAS lacks concrete evidence, relying instead on observations like the child’s distinctive cry. While she acknowledges the speculation circulating on social media, she admits she cannot identify the specific disorder but remains convinced of its existence. On the other hand, some online voices have accused Chrisean of contributing to the child’s condition by consuming alcohol and drugs during her pregnancy. 

Chrisean Rock Addresses Son’s Fetal Alcohol Syndrome 

Chrisean responded to Karlissa’s claims by addressing them on an Instagram Live session. While she didn’t deny the possibility of her child having a disability, she strongly criticized her baby’s grandmother. Chrisean expressed sadness at the situation, mentioning that her child doesn’t have his grandmother in his life.

Chrisean countered Karlissa’s claims by highlighting that her child has other supportive figures around him, including his grandfather (Blueface’s father) and other grandparents in Baltimore. Chrisean seems unfazed by Karlissa’s criticisms and is focused on providing her child with a supportive environment. In the video below, she states:

“It’s so sad to witness he don’t got his grandmother. We gonna talk about somebody eyes being far apart? It’s OK, he never gonna miss you! He’s never gonna miss you. He don’t know you. So, it’s cool. He has his grandfather downstairs and his grandparents in Baltimore.”
