Mauricio Umansky Explodes On His Employees Amid Kyle Richards Separation

Mauricio Umansky confesses to losing control and experiencing a significant meltdown at his office, citing job stress and challenges in his marriage to Kyle Richards as contributing factors.

“The stress has been overwhelming,” the CEO of The Agency shares with Kyle in an advance clip of Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills new season.

He elaborates on the impact of constant travel and their demanding schedules, saying:

“It’s been incredibly stressful with how busy we are, and it all just became too much,” before revealing, “I completely broke down at work the other day.”

Mauricio, 53, opens up further to Kyle, 55, confessing, “I completely lost it. I just reached a point where I told everyone, ‘I can’t take this anymore. I’m at my limit. Just give me space.'”

The real estate mogul attributes the overwhelming stress to “a lot of everything,” including the potential need for “layoffs” within his company.

 

Mauricio admits to overextending himself and acknowledges that both he and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star have been “spread too thin.”

Mauricio admits to attempting to maintain a stoic façade amidst his challenges, sharing, “I’ve been trying to be a macho man and not express everything that I’m dealing with,” regarding his separation from Kyle. He acknowledges that the situation is becoming overwhelming.

As reported in July 2023, that the couple had separated after 27 years together. Initially, both parties refuted rumors of their separation, but Mauricio eventually acknowledged the separation in September 2023.

A month following his admission, he conveyed to Page Six that they were facing difficulties, yet they were “not ready to give up just yet.”

“We’ve been very open about it,” he said about the couple’s estrangement. “When we know what happens to us, you will know what happens to us.”

Mauricio and Kyle share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16.

The separated couple, who have both acknowledged they are open to seeing other people, recently came together for a reunion in Los Angeles’ Bel Air area to celebrate their daughter Portia’s 16th birthday.

Amid ongoing speculation about her personal life, the RHOBH star, has been at the center of rumors suggesting a relationship with country singer, Morgan Wade. Recently seen sporting a new country hat tattoo, Kyle has consistently denied any romantic involvement with the 29-year-old musician, despite the persistent buzz surrounding them.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last year, Kyle Richards addressed the swirling rumors about her alleged romance with Morgan Wade.

“When I see these things [online], I’m like, if she didn’t have all those tattoos, people would not say that,” Kyle stated, reflecting on the misconceptions fueled by social media.

She further emphasized her social circle’s lack of attention to such speculation, stating:

“I’m with my friends all the time. They don’t pay attention [to that].”

Echoing Kyle’s sentiments, Morgan also denied any romantic involvement between them, bluntly remarking, “The internet’s a dumb place.”
