Porsha Williams’ Soon-To-Be Ex Simon Guobadia Drops Big Bucks on Rolls-Royce Amid $800K Legal Battle!
Porsha Williams’ estranged husband, Simon Guobadia, recently checked out an electric Rolls-Royce, despite his legal and personal turmoil.
Simon’s company was hit with a lawsuit over a $800k debt, and his marriage crashed when the returning Real Housewives of Atlanta star served him with divorce papers.
Simon shared his car shopping excursion on Instagram and appeared unfazed over potentially dropping $500k on the luxury vehicle.
On Tuesday, Simon hinted that he was “thinking of getting my first electric automobile, the Rolls Royce Spectre 2024 – the first of its kind.” He also shared photos of the various models that caught his eye.
“What you’ll think…should I purchase one?” he asked his followers, adding a series of laughing emojis.

The Rolls-Royce models Simon posted range from $560k to over $700k.
The high-end shopping trip comes after Simon’s business was slammed with a lawsuit filed by NetJets Aviation Inc. The company claimed that Simon owed $814k for a private jet rental, according to a Radar Online report.
Simon is also facing potential legal hurdles as Porsha issued a warning against hiding or destroying evidence, most notably any financial documents, amid their ongoing divorce.
Porsha advised Simon to watch his step, per the divorce docs. She told her estranged husband to not:
“Destroy, conceal, or alter any video, audio, paper, or electronic files or other data in connection with this pending litigation, including, but not limited to, any of the following items that are either presently in your possession or control, or which may come into your possession while this case is ongoing: any financial records or statements; all income records; all tax records; all expense records; all recordings or evidence reflecting relevant conduct by either party; any item that supports any defense raised by you to this complaint’ and/or any item which supports any claim made by you in any counterclaim or pleading filed in this matter. You are further notified that a failure to comply with this notice may result in sanctions for any destruction or failures to preserve any such evidence, including without limitation adverse inferences against you at trial, as well as an award of expenses and attorney fees necessitate by such conduct.”
Simon and Porsha were married for only 15 months when the reality star decided to walk away. Cameras weren’t rolling during the chain of events that led to Porsha’s decision to end her marriage, but the post-breakup fallout is expected to define the Bravo star’s storyline when she reclaims her peach for Season 16.
