90 Day Fiancé SHOCKER: Angela Deem NEVER Filed Green Card Papers for Michael Ilesanmi

90 Day Fiancé star, Angela Deem, has confirmed that she never filed the paperwork for her husband, Michael Ilesanmi’s green card, since his arrival in the United States, last year.

The couple made headlines earlier this week after Angela reported her husband missing, via social media, on Monday.

Michael’s been missing since the 23rd. The police are involved, we can’t find him,” Angela, 58, explained in a Monday TikTok video.

Michael left everything here. I know that there’s people probably think, ‘Oh, maybe he just left.’ But like, nothing not any ID, nothing to show his name on it, no clothing, not a toothbrush. Zero point zero zero. No wallet, nothing. Clothes on his back is what he left with on Friday,” she continued.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?

As reported, Michael had been found safe and sound after he contacted the police, the following day. The Nigeria native told authorities  that he feared for his life and requested that they not disclose his whereabouts to Angela.

Angela previously claimed that she was financially responsible for Michael because she had signed the affidavit of support upon his arrival in the United States. She alleged that Michael was angry because she had yet to obtain  his green card.

“I didn’t get his green card or his license and that’s why he’s pissed and that’s why he’s doing this,” she claimed. “He’s rushed me from the goddamn day one he landed for his f–king license and his green card. So now he’s going for the legal visa, they’ll give it to him.”

The TLC alum wished her husband luck on his quest to score a visa.

Angela continued — “But if I haven’t anything to do with it, you’re gonna be giving me more than a green card. This is what happens with certain people that come over here, they think they’re untouchable and they can’t go back home. You cannot slander people and lie on people.”

Angela and Michael tied the knot in 2020, which allowed the duo to skip the K-1 visa process. Michael’s CR-1 visa would put him in line for a green card, but Angela was required to file the affidavit of support and additional paperwork before his green card could be approved.

Michael fired off claims of abuse, after he resurfaced on Tuesday. Angela now believes that her husband will be granted an emergency visa, which will eventually lead to a green card.

Angela accused Michael of “using” her and the TLC series for only one reason — to make it to the United States.

“He fooled the whole goddamn world, man,” Angela tearfully declared.

90 Day Fiance

Angela and Michael’s unconventional love story originally unfolded on the second season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. The duo, who met on social media in 2018, wed in Nigeria in 2020. They briefly split in 2023 after Michael was caught cheating during their long distance marriage. The pair reconciled and supposedly tackled their issues later that year, while appearing on 90 Day: The Last Resort.
