Porsha Williams Hits the Courtroom FAST To Block Simon Guobadia From Dragging Her Into His Money Scams! 

Following her divorce filing, Porsha Williams has requested Simon Guobadia to refrain from ‘destroying,’ any financial records and to ensure the enforcement of their prenuptial agreement.

Porsha Williams, 42, initiated legal action against Simon Guobadia on February 22, seeking a court order to prevent the Nigerian-born entrepreneur from “destroy, conceal or alter,” any financial records pertinent to their separation proceedings, as per documents.

The legal documents served to Simon highlight the mandate as per Georgia law, which obliges him to “exercise reasonable care to protect and preserve evidence relevant” to the divorce. This encompasses an array of documents such as financial, income, tax, and expense records, in addition to any papers that “reflect relevant conduct” by either him or Porsha.

In her legal action, Porsha has also made a request for the court to “enforce” her prenuptial agreement with Simon, according to the filing. This agreement, as noted in the documents, was signed on November 17, 2022, merely days prior to their marriage in a traditional Nigerian native law and custom ceremony, which was subsequently complemented by an American wedding ceremony.

In her legal submission, the Bravo celebrity stated that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” as the basis for her divorce. Additionally, she requested that Simon be required to cover the legal expenses she incurs in relation to the case.

The announcement of the couple’s separation emerged amidst speculation regarding Simon’s citizenship status. Nonetheless, an insider claims that the divorce is “unrelated to recent allegations involving Simon’s past.” Instead, the reason for their breakup is described as an “ongoing matter.”

On Monday, Porsha expressed her gratitude towards her supporters and followers in light of the news about her divorce.

“Thank you for your prayers & support. -PW,” she wrote over a black screen in a post on her Instagram Story.

That same day, Andy Cohen shared his insights on the separation, disclosing that he, along with the other producers of RHOA, was unaware of Porsha’s marital troubles until the divorce filing came to light.

“Wanted to talk a little Housewives news,” Cohen, 55, said on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “First of all, Porsha announced last week that she is leaving Simon and I gotta tell you something, I was saying to the other producers of Atlanta, when the news started breaking about Simon and some of his immigration issues, I was like, ‘This is not…’ I was so surprised.”

Cohen clarified that the relationship status of the 42-year-old reality TV star was not a consideration for her much-anticipated return to RHOA, which had been made public earlier in the month.

“None of us knew any of this was on the horizon and this was really meant to be Porsha’s happily ever after kind of victory lap season,” he commented. “So it’s just, I was so surprised and taken aback and listen, we wanted Porsha on the show for Porsha.”

The Watch What Happens Live host elaborated:

“We would take Porsha married, single, picking up the pieces of her life, on high, on low, however she wants, you know, however she’s gonna be, but we didn’t know, and this is really a big right turn from the story that I think all of us thought we would be telling, so sending love to Porsha.”
