Mauricio Umansky Lashes Out at Fans Over His Divorce Drama!
Mauricio Umansky hit back at curious fans for “speculating” about his split from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards. The Buying Beverly Hills star recently posted a video of himself dancing on his Instagram Story, which he captioned — “Here is what I have to say to all the tabloids and people speculating about my life.”
The Agency founder mouthed the words to a voice-over that said—“Just get your s–t and go, go, go, go, go.”
He delivered the Sunday message with a serious expression on his face while waving his arms and spinning for the camera.
The real estate mogul chose a blue T-shirt and black hat printed with the word “Love” for his indignant Instagram dance number.
The couple confirmed their split in July, after a 26-year marriage. Both Kyle and Mauricio have stayed tight-lipped about what specifically led to the breakup.
Kyle teased more details about the separation during the finale episode of RHOBH, which aired last week. She revealed that “there were things that happened” that had led to trust issues. The actress hinted that she would spill more on the subject during the upcoming reunion series.
The finale episode featured Kyle and Mauricio breaking the news to their daughters, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15, and Kyle’s daughter, Farrah, about their decision to separate.
“We are a very strong family, and we always will be, always will be. You know nothing can change that,” Kyle said, as cameras rolled and the girls wiped their tears.
Mauricio revealed more details about the situation during a conversation with their children featured in a Buying Beverly Hills Season 2 teaser.
“She said to me, ‘Listen, the rules are that, you know, you go out, you date, you do whatever it is that you wanna do. Like, I’m not going to be asking you what you’re doing. I don’t want you to be asking me what I’m doing. Like, we are separated,’” he told the girls.
Earlier this month, Kyle hinted that she may be moving on from the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” amid her spotlighted marital woes.
She shared her thoughts on returning to film Season 14 in an interview with E! News, after teasing a potential exit during a recently aired episode.
“Each year I say, ‘I don’t know. Never say never,’ and all that,” the reality star told the outlet. ”But, I honestly just don’t know yet. I don’t know where my life is going to be at in a week or two. I don’t know what it’s going to be like when the cameras go up again, where my life is going to be at and what I’m comfortable with.”
Kyle admitted that the heightened public interest in her and Mauricio’s personal lives had made navigating the show more challenging. She added that “because I have been showing my life and sharing my life with everybody for 13 years. It’s not that I’m lying or withholding, I’m figuring it out still.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion begins Wednesday at 8 pm ET on Bravo. Buying Beverly Hills Season 2 premieres March 22 on Netflix.
