Dorit Kemsley Discovers Kyle Richards is a FAKE FRIEND and User!

In a revealing moment, Dorit Kemsley disclosed the ‘manipulative’ message she received from Kyle Richards, aimed at ‘silencing’ her just before the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion.

Dorit Kemsley, 47, has leveled accusations against her friend and fellow cast member, Kyle Richards, for attempting to persuade her into concealing her secrets.

“In a text she sent me yesterday, she essentially tried to muzzle me,” the 47-year-old “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” celebrity confides to Erika Jayne in a preview of the soon-to-air Season 13 reunion.

“The manipulation was blatant. It was so deliberate.”

Subsequently, Dorit displays an extensive message she claims to have received from Kyle, 55, before they filmed their reunion, where Kyle expresses that some comments Dorit made in interviews have “hurt [her] feelings.”

“I heard some of the things you said about me off camera that hurt me deeply and I wasn’t even able to say what I heard or who from,” the “Halloween Kills” actress conveyed, according to text screenshots.

“I don’t want to lose someone else in my life over a TV show.”

Kyle further explained that the producers seemed unaware of the difficulties she and Dorit were facing, leading her to question the necessity of discussing it during the reunion.

“Relationships and YOU are more important to me than RHOBH and I don’t feel like ‘bringing it’ for the [sic] at our expense,” Kyle, a mother of four who has been navigating marital challenges with her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, elaborated.

“Especially when we have enough battles to handle as it is.”

Dorit then turns to Erika Jayne, 52, seeking her perspective on how she would react upon receiving such messages, prompting the “Pretty Mess” artist to state, “I would feel manipulated.”

At this juncture, Dorit points out that Erika had previously advised host Andy Cohen to “eviscerate” Kyle during the reunion. This advice came because the “How Many F–ks” singer had been under intense scrutiny herself the previous year due to her ex Tom Girardi’s numerous lawsuits, and she believed in a principle of equal treatment.

“As somebody who got eviscerated, I would like to see everybody to get the same treatment,” Erika had stated on Watch What Happens Live in January.

“This is exactly my point,” Dorit remarks, echoing her co-star’s sentiment, “Fair is fair. This is the reunion.”

“I hear you,” Erika responds, acknowledging Dorit’s perspective. “I understand exactly where you’re coming from, and I hate every moment of this.”

Kyle, who separated from Umansky, 53, in July 2023 amidst the filming of Season 13 and has been speculated to be in a relationship with country artist Morgan Wade, has yet to specify the details she wished Dorit to withhold at the reunion. 

Nevertheless, Kyle has openly admitted in recent times that her bond with Dorit isn’t as close as it appeared to be in the past.

“I love Dorit, but it’s not like, you know, my friends, we’ll go to the gym, we’ll work out together, we hike together. She doesn’t do that kind of stuff,” she remarked on a Jan. 9 livestream on Amazon.

Dorit, on the other hand, attributes the cooling of her relationship with Kyle to the latter’s growing friendship with Wade, 29.

“She’ll kill me, but I feel like the closer she got with Morgan the further she got from me,” the fashion designer expressed on WWHL last December.

“But I don’t think I’m the only one. I’m sorry Kyle, I love you. But it’s the truth, it’s how I feel.”
