90 Day Fiancé star Michael Ilesanmi has disappeared following his relocation to the United States with his wife, Angela Deem, just two months after his arrival from Nigeria.
“Michael’s been missing since the 23rd. The police are involved, we can’t find him,” Angela, 58, explained in a TikTok video on Monday, February 26.
“Michael left everything here. I know that there’s people probably think, ‘Oh, maybe he just left.’ But like, nothing not any ID, nothing to show his name on it, no clothing, not a toothbrush. Zero point zero zero. No wallet, nothing. Clothes on his back is what he left with on Friday,” she continued.
As reported in December 2023, Michael Ilesanmi arrived in the U.S. to be with his wife, Angela Deem, closing the chapter on their long-distance saga. Since his arrival, numerous sightings of the duo in Georgia circulated on social media.
On December 22, the couple were spotted at a Walmart checkout in Georgia.
Speculation is rampant among fans that Angela might be connected to Michael’s disappearance, given the long history of volatility in their relationship, where she often appears as the aggressor. One fan wrote, “I’ve been following Angela and Michael’s journey for years, and it’s always been a rollercoaster. Given their past, it’s hard not to wonder if Angela’s behavior could be a factor in Michael’s disappearance.”

They exchanged vows in Nigeria in January 2020, only to encounter further obstacles when Michael was discovered to have been unfaithful once more in 2022, this time through interactions on Instagram.
During the filming of 90 Day: The Last Resort in January, which aired from August to October, Angela and Michael sought to mend their relationship at a couples therapy retreat. Amid persistent trust issues and new allegations of infidelity, Michael conveyed his remorse in a therapy session, acknowledging his mistakes and the pain he caused.
“I know I’ve faulted her, I’ve wronged her, but yet she still [finds] a place in her heart to forgive me and still be with me,” Michael remarked. “Baby, I love you so much, you know that. And I’m sorry for everything.”
Angela, considering ending their marriage and having already served Michael with divorce papers, chose to continue their relationship after the retreat’s positive impact.
“I came here thinking that Michael had to do all the work,” Angela reflected in a confessional. “But I need to work on not getting as angry as I do with my husband and working on our relationship at this couples’ retreat just saved us from divorce.”
