Jason Kelce Felt Uncomfortable In Super Bowl Suite With Taylor Swift and Ice Spice
Jason Kelce confessed that he felt “overwhelmed” while watching Super Bowl 2024 alongside his brother Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
“There was so much happening in the suite. Turns out everyone wants to meet Taylor,” the Philadelphia Eagles center explained on the Wednesday episode of “New Heights,” the podcast he shares with his brother.

Jason revealed that the experience led to his “first really understanding” of what Swift “has to deal with on a [daily] basis” as a global superstar.
“There were so many star-studded people there where it’s like, dude, everyone wants to come and see her, but the suite’s only so big,” he said.
Jason added — “It was overwhelming to be honest with you. It was very overwhelming.”
Jason described walking outside the suite to speak to actor Keegan-Michael Key and his wife, Elisa Pugliese.
He raved — “The celebrity attendance at the game was pretty unreal.”
Travis pointed out that the Las Vegas locale drew in lots of high profile celebs, including Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber and Beyonce. He went on to praise his famous girlfriend’s skills in the worldwide spotlight.
“You gotta love it, man. Taylor thrives in those situations. She’s been in ’em countless times in her life, so,” the tight end said.
Jason and his wife, Kylie Kelce, both cheered on the Kansas City Chiefs as the team defeated the San Fransisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime, winning a second consecutive championship.
Kylie recently told her followers that she “refused to watch the game” at one point, due to superstitious jitters.
She wrote on her Tuesday Instagram Story — “At some point Sunday my superstition kicked in hard. I refused to watch the game, even via the TVs.”
Jason and Kylie watched the game alongside Swift and some of her famous friends, including Blake Lively, Lana Del Rey, Ice Spice and Miles and Keleigh Teller. Travis and Jason’s parents, Ed and Donna Kelce were also in attendance as were Swift’s parents, Scott and Andrea Swift.
Jason gushed over the “Love Story” singer earlier this month in a Pro Bowl interview.
He said — “I’ve been fortunate to meet Taylor now. She’s [an] awesome, down-to-earth, genuine person, which has been great to see, whenever you’re seeing anyone of that caliber of stardom still remain as grounded as they are.”
Jason labeled his brother’s relationship with the pop star “the topic of the NFL right now,” which foreshadowed a record number of viewers tuning in to watch Super Bowl 2024.
The “Anti-Hero” singer rushed onto the field and into the arms of the NFL star after the Chiefs secured the Sunday win, telling Travis — “It was unbelievable. One of the craziest things I’ve ever experienced.”
Travis thanked her for flying in from Tokyo, Japan for the big event. The lovebirds went on to celebrate the Chiefs victory alongside various celebrities at Vegas afterparties.
