90 Day Fiance: Rishi Singh Ties the Knot with Maria Ramirez Just 60 Days After Breakup with Jen Boecher

Rishi Singh tied the knot only weeks after confirming his split from his ex fiancée, Jen Boecher. The ex-couple’s story was featured during Season 4 of “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way,” which aired last spring.    

Jen met Rishi during a solo trip to India, where they got engaged. Jen returned to the United States before the duo was forced to navigate their romance long distance, due to the Covid pandemic. Rishi’s family encouraged him to date other women amid the couple’s secret engagement, as he had not disclosed the true nature of his relationship with his American fiancée.   

Jen was later hit with backlash after she and her visiting friends spilled the beans to Rishi’s parents on camera. 

“Let me tell you this about the family…First of all, one of the criteria [they have for a wife]…the girl must not be dark-skinned. So, he can’t marry a dark-skinned girl. She must not be short, and she must be educated. So, all you people who think this family is so great? They don’t want a dark-skinned daughter-in-law,” Jen told fans and followers, after the episode aired. 

Jen declared that she was no longer engaged to Rishi during the Season 4 “Tell-All,” but her ex fiancé did not agree. 

“I love him. I don’t know what’s going to happen, but we’re not engaged,” Jen Boecher explained during the special. “A lot of things would have to happen, and I’m not confident they would happen.”

The Oklahoma native also revealed that the duo had intimately reconnected after crossing paths at a wedding of a mutual friend.

“We’re still in touch, we still love each other,” Jen shared. “But there’s a lot of things that would have to happen for us to be engaged again. He would have to be willing to leave his mom’s house.”

On November 4, 2023, Rishi announced that he and Jen had “mutually decided to part ways.”

“This hasn’t been an easy decision by any measure, but we know it’s the right one at this point in our lives,” Rishi wrote on Instagram. “The love and respect we have will always be, and our shared memories are forever. We part as life partners, but will remain platonic friends.”

Jen blasted her ex’s proclamation the next day, via an Instagram Live. She offered a written summary on her IG Stories, on November 6, 2023.  

“Rishi blindsided me with a post saying we ‘mutually decided to end the relationship,’” Jen began. “He made this post WITHOUT consulting me. Since he used my name AND lied, I had to set the record straight.”

She explained that she broke up with Rishi “several months ago,” because her love for him had been “slowly dying.”

“He didn’t take it very well and I’m sorry for that. Less than a few months passed and he called to tell me he’s getting engaged so he can go on TV with someone,” she continued. “That was a gut punch BECAUSE it diminishes the special, REAL relationship we had. I told him I couldn’t be friends with him.”

She added — “He alluded to someone with a bit part of part on another 90 day show. Never heard of her.”

Jen concluded — “I wish him the best! I’m sure there are plenty of Indian girls his mother would approve of who can make the tea. I’ve made the decision not to speak him name or anyone else I find out he is clout chasing and scheming with.”

Rishi went public with new girlfriend, Maria Ramirez, last month. The couple wed only a week later in a lavish three-day wedding event.
