Fans were shocked by Heather Gay’s physical appearance when she stopped by Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star showed off her trimmed down physique during the appearance, which followed the show’s reunion finale.
Heather previously revealed that she was taking popular weight loss drug, Ozempic, to drop pounds.
Viewers immediately noticed the reality star’s smaller jawline, which many believed changed the appearance of her entire face.
A Reddit thread soon kicked off on the subject, and users chimed in their thoughts.
One viewer wrote — “Omg totally new face.”
Another confused fan asked — “I’m sorry, who’s that?”
Some users believed that Heather looked like her cousin and co-star, Whitney Rose, while others wondered if she’d simply hired a new makeup artist.
One fan said—“She was pretty before and looks pretty now. Whatever makes her happy.”
In November, Heather told People that she had been taking Ozempic to slim down, but was less than impressed with the results.
“I’ve been on it for a long time, but hadn’t really seen much results,” the Bravo star said at the time. “And I haven’t had massive results, but enough for people to notice, which is great.”
The Beauty Lab and Laser owner explained how shedding a few pounds had led to surprising changes in her everyday life.
“You lose five pounds, people are nicer to you,” the mom of three said. “I don’t know why. It’s just the way the world works and that makes me sad for women.”
She added — “I’m feeling like I’m coming into my own a little bit and I think the glow up might be a little bit from that, too. But I’ll give credit to all the medical intervention.”
Heather’s WWHL appearance came after the cast hashed out the bombshell Season 4 finale in the reunion’s final episode.
Fans watched Heather unmask co-star, Monica Garcia, as an internet troll who had posted venom about the cast for years, in a finale episode that quickly went viral.
“The mystery for me with Monica is, ‘Who is the real Monica?’ … The real Monica is someone who really doesn’t want to be our friend, but wants to profit from our lives and our pain. I know who you really are, and who you really are is the cyberbully, internet troll Reality Von Tease,” Heather said during an oceanside cast dinner.
Heather, Whitney, Angie Katsanevas, Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks are all expected to return to the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” for Season 5.
Monica was reportedly fired by the network and will not film for Season 5.
