Lenny Hochstein Blames His Crumbling Plastic Surgery Business on Estranged Wife Lisa

Lenny Hochstein is claiming that his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein’s allegations of domestic violence have caused his plastic surgery practice to suffer “financial losses.”

The Miami based surgeon filed a defamation lawsuit against the Real Housewives of Miami star in December 2023, and is now alleging that her claims were part of a “calculated and deliberate plan” to “publicly humiliate” him. Lenny, 57, claimed in court documents that his estranged wife’s goal was to destroy his reputation and his businesses. 

The surgeon, who denied his ex’s allegations of domestic abuse, claimed that he’s lost “hundreds of thousands of dollars,” since Lisa posted the accusations. He told the court that she can no longer “reasonably expect” to receive her normal financial support. 

Lenny is requesting that the court sanction and place a gag order on Lisa, to shut down any further defamation and harassment. 

In November, the Bravo star dropped a bomb when she accused Lenny of a past incident of physical abuse. The 41-year-old took to social media to post a mirror selfie that revealed what appeared to be a large bruise on her arm. 

“Didn’t want to have to share this. But I’m left with no choice,” she wrote over the image on her Instagram Story.

She alleged — “I’m being threatened and harassed through the court system and through ‘others’ by Lenny and it needs to stop.”

Observant fans sounded off on social media after noticing the bruise during a scene that aired last season. Lisa confirmed that the bruise was supposedly “2 weeks old from last season.”

She continued — “You may have caught this bruise on the episode when I opened up to the women on the show about the divorce.”

Lenny denied that he caused the bruise on Lisa’s arm, via a lengthy comment on Page Six’s Instagram post linking the outlet’s story. 

The surgeon wrote — “I have moved on but Lisa hasn’t. She attacks me every chance she gets and I have put up with every single lie but when she accused me of being physically abusive I had enough. I am against any form of violence especially against women.”

He went on — “I have put up with a lot but I will not sit back and allow someone to say I ever, under any circumstances, would hit a woman.” 

In December, Lenny accused Lisa of having an affair during their 12-year marriage. 

He wrote on his Instagram Story — “She calls Katharina [Mazepa] ‘homewrecker’ but the truth is that the only one who got caught cheating, having an affair and wrecked the home is Lisa.”

He added — “I was especially disheartened by the fact that she bragged about her ongoing affair at the time on multiple instances, such as days before our daughter was born and on our 10 year wedding anniversary.”

Lenny attached 2019 screenshots and direct messages from Lisa to an unidentified “friend,” in which she appeared to admit to “cheating” with a “mystery man.”

“I can’t wait to find my new man,” Lisa’s alleged message stated. “My new boyfriend.”

She supposedly wrote — “I’m [going] to have my first affair. I can’t wait.”
