Kody Brown Caught GOING OFF on a ‘Sister Wives’ Producer!

Kody Brown snaps at a producer when asked to rewind his blowout fight with his ex second wife, Janelle Brown, in an episode of Sister Wives special, “Look Back: How We Started.” 

In the episode, Kody, who split from Janelle a year ago, is asked to rewatch the heated exchange that led to the end of his spiritual marriage. Tensions boiled over between the two during the 2022 holiday season, and the explosive argument resulted in a permanent separation. 

A producer hands Kody a tablet to view the footage but he responds by angrily tossing it aside. 

“F**k it, I’m not watching that again,” Kody informs the producer. “No! I’m not. Listen, I don’t want to talk about my breakup with Janelle anymore, OK?”

Kody confesses that his past issues with ex third wife, Christine, mirrored those that led to his split from Janelle. 

“It’s very painful, it’s as bad as Christine’s. But I didn’t want to admit the same things were going on with me and Janelle,” Kody said. “I still struggle to admit those [things].”

Kody sums up his problematic pattern as — “Janelle and I are not good together, that she’s not a loyal wife and that I’m probably a s**t husband.”

“I don’t care,” he adds. “We’re not working anymore and I don’t want to talk about it anymore.”

Janelle readily agrees to rewatch the footage, which featured her confronting Kody over his relationships with their six shared children. Kody  demanded that anyone interested in seeing him over the holidays come to the house he shares with his fourth wife, Robyn Brown. His invitation came alongside a stipulation that two of their sons hash out their issues with him before any family gathering. 

Janelle attempted to explain her position during the heated back-and-forth, but was constantly interrupted by Kody. 

She finally demanded — “Shut your f**king mouth and let me talk to you for a minute.”

Kody continued to speak over Janelle before dramatically storming out of her apartment, punctuating his tantrum with a door slam.  

Janelle laughs as she rewatches the fight that ended her marriage, quipping — “Yeah, what an ass.”

Christine and Kody announced that they were calling it quits in November 2021. Janelle and Kody’s first wife, Meri, followed suit a year later, leaving the TLC patriarch in a monogamous marriage with Robyn. 

Kody and Janelle reunited in May to celebrate their daughter, Savannah’s high school graduation. The exes also share Logan, 29, Madison, 27, Hunter, 26, Garrison, 24, and Gabriel, 21.

Kody revealed during a previous episode of “Sister Wives” that the pair had separated but reconciled in the past. 

Kody told cameras early in the season — “We’ve been separated probably two or three times in the past. [It] always felt like that was because she couldn’t manage the relationship with her sister wives. I never felt like that was over.”
