Whoopi Goldberg Explains Being on ‘Fake’ Jeffrey Epstein List, Claims She Was Framed!

Whoopi Goldberg responded to internet chatter that claimed that she would emerge as one of the famous names listed on the flight log of deceased convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein.

“They said I was on the island and I’m, like, I don’t go anywhere,” the 68-year-old moderator said on Thursday’s episode of “The View.”

She added — “I don’t know what I’ve done to anybody, but apparently there are a lot of these kind of sites that are … satire sites. But people don’t realize that they can be harmful.”

Goldberg’s co-star and lawyer, Sunny Hostin, noted—“Just because your name is on the document doesn’t mean you have done anything criminally, irresponsible, or illegal, or civilly irresponsible.”

Goldberg was referring to “fake” lists circulating ahead of the partial release of unsealed court documents listing individuals tied to Epstein, including Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Michael Jackson, Prince Andrew, Naomi Campbell and others. One list posted on X Monday included Goldberg as well as her co-star, Joy Behar, along with celebs, Angelina Jolie, Barak Obama, Beyoncé, George Clooney, and dozens of other well-known personalities.

X moderators stepped in at the time to clarify that the list was not the real deal.

The platform noted — “This is a fake list. The real Epstein flight logs have not yet been made public. A long list of people associated with the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein is expected to be made public in the coming days.”

Manhattan federal judge, Judge Loretta Preska, ordered the unsealing of the documents after Epstein accuser, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, sued the sex offender’s madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, for defamation in 2015.

While Goldberg’s name was not on the first drop of docs, more than 250 additional court documents are set to be publicly released in the days  ahead.

“Don’t believe unless I tell you about me,” the actress told the chat show’s audience. “You’ll know if I’m doing something. I have nothing to hide. … It’s so insane and you know I don’t go anywhere.”

The “Ghost” star debunked other circulating rumors, including that she was supposedly booted from Gordon Ramsey’s as well as Guy Fieri’s restaurants. Internet gossip also claims that she got kicked out of Bill Maher’s show and fought with Oprah Winfrey behind the scenes at “The View.”

“I mean it’s insane, it goes on and on and on,” Goldberg remarked, noting that people who post “garbage” online should be “very careful.”

She added — “Once someone is cleared of your insanity, they’re going to call their lawyer on you.”
