Kim Zolciak and Daughter Brielle SLAPPED with Lawsuit Over Unpaid Land Rover Bills, Bank Demands Car Seizure!

Kim Zolciak’s daughter, Brielle Biermann, has been named in the most recent lawsuit filed against the former Bravo star.

Ally Bank has taken legal action against the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and her eldest child, Radar Online reports.

Ally Bank claims that Kim Zolciak and her 26-year-old daughter both signed a retail installment sale contract for the purchase of a 2019 Land Range Rover.

The lawsuit states—“Defendants have defaulted on their obligations under the Contract. As of May 31, 2023, Defendants are indebted to Ally in the sum of $83,969.35. on the Contract.”

Kim and Brielle committed to monthly payments of $1903, per the contract. The bank requested permission to repossess the vehicle.

The lawsuit is the latest of several financial setbacks for Kim and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, amid the duo’s on-again-off-again divorce.

The pair’s dire financial situation was exposed after Kim and Kroy were slapped with a federal tax lien on April 11, shortly before they announced their impending divorce. The IRS accused the couple of owing over a million dollars in back taxes for the years 2013, 2017 and 2018. Kroy was later hit with a lawsuit over outstanding debt racked up in a Bahamas casino and an unpaid bill tied to a car lease.

Kim and Kroy have also been struggling to sell their Milton, Georgia mansion, as foreclosure proceedings loom.

The 7 bedroom, 11 bath house was listed in October 2023 for a whopping $6 million despite being originally valued at $3 million. The price was recently slashed $500k after the property failed to attract a buyer. The family home was forced into foreclosure in February after the couple defaulted on a $1.6 million loan they secured in 2016.

Back in October, Kim and Kroy begged the court for an injunction to shut down an impending foreclosure auction. The former “Don’t Be Tardy” couple asked for extra time to sell the house themselves and Kim included a personal plea, citing the well-being of her children.

Kim wrote — “we strongly believe that the proceeds from its sale can help alleviate our financial difficulties and secure a stable future for our children. However, the impending threat of foreclosure is looming over us, and time is of the essence.”

She added — “Kroy and I will face insurmountable financial hardships, and the most devastating consequence will be the impact on our children, who would be left homeless.”

A Fulton County court granted the couple an extension on their foreclosure date, pushing the scheduled auction to to January 11.

Kim, 45, and Kroy, 38, still live together but were recently ordered to separate areas of the house after a string of domestic disputes. In November, the court ruled that Kim would have exclusive use of the basement and the nanny quarters and Kroy the master bedroom.
