West’s apology, translated from Hebrew, conveyed his remorse: “I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions, it was not my intention to hurt or disrespect, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused.” He emphasized his commitment to learning from this incident and ensuring more sensitivity and understanding going forward.

The 46-year-old artist, also famed for his Yeezy brand, noted in his message that seeking forgiveness is significant to him, and he is dedicated to making amends and fostering unity.

This apology follows a recent incident in Las Vegas where West engaged in another antisemitic outburst. During this episode, he made several controversial statements about Donald Trump, Jesus, and Adolf Hitler. A video of the event, obtained by TMZ, captured West making factually incorrect claims about the Jewish population and launching into various rants.

West, who has been open about his bipolar disorder, addressed the crowd in a confrontational manner, making remarks about the affluent attendees’ choices in education for their children and criticizing the private school his own children attend.

Earlier in December, West also previewed new music that contained more antisemitic lyrics. At a listening event, he was heard rapping lines that referenced his management and Jewish people, while his daughter, North West, was present.

In a particularly contentious move, West was seen wearing a KKK-style hood during a performance of new songs, where he addressed his prior antisemitic behavior. One of his raps included the line, “How I’m antisemitic? I just f–ked a Jewish bitch,” further stirring controversy.
