TLC released the first sneak peek into Christine Brown’s wedding at the conclusion of the Sister Wives: One On One special. Fans sounded off after the network teased the upcoming wedding special on Instagram.
The network post’s caption read — “Christine is getting married!! Don’t miss the very special end to this season when Christine marries the love of her life, David, in a beautiful ceremony with Janelle by her side. The #SisterWives Wedding Special begins Jan 7 and concludes Jan 14.”
One segment of the upbeat preview grabbed the attention of fans, who wasted no time reacting in the post’s comment section.
The colorful clip featured several of the Brown siblings coming together around the giddy bride to join in various pre-wedding festivities. However, it was Christine’s ex, Kody Brown, and last wife standing, Robyn Brown, who stole the show.
“I knew that Christine and David were going to get married..she made the accusation that I had….” Kody began, before Robyn put her arm around his neck and shut down his story.
“Aren’t we just so happy for them?” Robyn said, with an obvious tone of sarcasm. “We’re just so happy for them.”
Fans reacted to the shady snippet in the comment section, with many calling out the network for including Kody and Robyn.
One fan wrote — “Why does Kody have to be included? It’s Christine’s special day & including he ex-husband & his eyebrow challenged wife ruins it for the audience.”
