Brandi Glanville Claims Bravo Encouraged Housewives to Get Drunk  While Filming ‘RHUGT’

Brandi Glanville accuses Bravo of encouraging excessive drinking during filming after ‘RHUGT’ butler sues network.

Brandi Glanville is accusing Bravo of pushing her and her Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip co-stars to consume alcohol while filming the Peacock series in Morocco.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum took to X to expose an alleged screenshot of a text sent by a RHUGT producer relating to alcohol consumption.

Glanville tweeted — “Producers may not shove the alcohol down our throats, but they sure do encourage it even in Morocco during the day where it’s illegal to drink!”

Glanville’s attached screenshot had the contact name blacked out, keeping the person’s identity a mystery. The individual supposedly texted her on January 24, 2023 at 4:28 am.

The message read — “You, Vicki [Gunvalson] and Eva [Marcille] should pull Phaedra [Parks] aside to talk about your drinking game set up for today while at the spice market.”

The 51-year-old claimed in a separate tweet that it is “completely illegal to walk around a spice market and the shopping areas in Morocco with water bottles filled with vodka.”

She added — “There are designated places that you are allowed to drink and it’s mostly at night.”

Multiple X users stepped in to defend the producers, arguing that drinking alcohol in other areas is permitted.

Glanville shrugged off the backlash and continued dishing details, claiming   that their “butler” was directed to “flirt” with her during the girls trip.

“I asked him if he had a girlfriend he said yes, and I told him not to do it, and I did not participate. He was lovely I didn’t want his life ruined!” she wrote.

She clarified that the person she was referring to was not the same individual as the butler from Season 2, who filed a lawsuit against the network in October. Marco Vega alleged that he was sexually abused in September 2021 while filming Season 2, during a bash at Dorinda Medley’s Massachusetts estate, Blue Stone Manor.

Dorinda Medley

Vega claimed in documents obtained by TMZ that “Married to Medicine” star, Phaedra Parks, slapped his behind and Glanville ripped open his shirt during a wild party, in September 2021.

Glanville allegedly told Vega — “Earn your money, Marco. Take your shirt off. Do something!”

Glanville blamed producers at the time and denied all allegations of wrongdoing. She wrote that the “producers need to be held accountable.”

Phaedra Parks

She teased — “And even though I may like some of these producers, I’m not taking them off for them and this is just the tip of the iceberg. It’s time to fight back.💕💪the truth always comes out.”

She tweeted — “I am completely innocent, the producers ask you to do something. And then you get in trouble for it!!!! the producers need to follow the rules!”

Glanville didn’t clarify if she was referring to unspecified alcohol-related incidents or the scandal involving accusations of inappropriate touching of her cast mate, Caroline Manzo, in Morocco.

Real Housewives of New York City alum, Leah McSweeney, backed Glanville in a recent Instagram Story, claiming that Bravo and producers encourage “Black out drinking.”
