Kyle Richards Explains Coexisting with Mauricio While Dating Morgan Wade – How They Make It Work!
Kyle Richards explained how she and estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, have navigated their separation while living under the same roof in a new interview.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and the real estate mogul confirmed their reported split, back in July.
“We’re fortunate enough that my home can fit us all to spread out,” the Bravo star explained to The Messenger. “And I’m also very fortunate that we get along and care about each other very much and that we are a family no matter what.”
Kyle Richards, 54, added that the two work to keep their relationship amicable during their time with daughters, Farrah, 35, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
“That’s always been what we stand for. That has not changed, and obviously some days are not as great as others,” she said.
Kyle Richards acknowledged that things get “awkward” at times.
She said — “Some days it’s like, ‘Oh, it’s a little awkward today.’ And other days, it’s like nothing ever happened and we’re just all watching TV as a family.”
The Bravo star shared that they were just “taking it a day at a time.”
Kyle revealed that she and her estranged husband have yet to address the possibility of divorce, but acknowledged that it could potentially “happen down the line.”
She explained — “That has not come up yet. We just haven’t gone that route yet.”
Kyle claimed that the pair was not divorce bound back in July, writing on Instagram that “any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue.”
Kyle and Mauricio’s cryptic marital breakdown is unfolding as a main storyline on the currently airing RHOBH Season 13.
Kyle’s close pal and rumored love interest, Morgan Wade, 29, has also sparked chatter as the nature of the duo’s relationship continues to raise eyebrows. Kyle, 54, recently fueled the romance rumors when she brought the country music singer to her sister, Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party.
Last week, Kathy, 64, told “Extra” that her sister connected with the singer over their mutual sobriety.
“They are very good friends. … I think they are enjoying each other. And that’s all I know,” Kathy told the outlet.
Mauricio, 53, turned heads in October when he was spotted holding hands with his “Dancing With the Stars” partner, Emma Slater. The dancing duo denied that they were dating, but Kyle admitted that the photos were “very hard to see.”
“That hurt my feelings,” Kyle said at the time. “I don’t know if anything has happened yet, but obviously, there is something there.”
