Vanderpump Rules: Tom Sandoval Redeemed In Season 11, As Fans Turn On Ariana Madix: ‘Everyone’s Gonna Hate Ariana’

Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules will see a surprising twist, as Tom Sandoval finds redemption, leaving fans to turn their backs on Ariana Madix, who now faces a wave of criticism.

Lala Kent has doubts after her Vanderpump Rules co-star, Ariana Madix, quickly moves on with Daniel Wai following her messy breakup from Tom Sandoval. 

In a Season 11 preview, Lala, 33, discusses Ariana’s new romance with her mom, Lisa Burningham. 

“Ariana gets a new man, and I’m like, ‘What’s his motive? This is weird,’” Lala says in the Season 11 sneak peek. 

Lisa Burningham notes that her daughter’s “blinders are off” following her own public breakup and the drama that came with “Scandoval.” In November 2021, Lala parted ways with ex-fiancé, Randall Emmett, after accusing the producer of infidelity. Sandoval and Ariana broke up in March, after she discovered that her longtime boyfriend was having a secret affair with co-star, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

Lala emotionally admits that she now questions everyone’s motives. Lisa comforts her daughter as she says—“It’s OK, you’re gonna work through it. All in steps. I love you.”

Ariana and Daniel, a New York based personal trainer, first sparked romance rumors when they were spotted making out at Coachella in April, the month after the reality star’s breakup. 

“Ariana is having a great time with Daniel. When things initially unfolded with Tom and Raquel, she never imagined she would want to jump into another relationship as soon as she did,” an insider told Us Weekly in June.

The source added that Daniel treats Ariana with “so much respect and compassion.”

Ariana recently spoke to the outlet about Daniel, who frequently cheered her on as she competed on “Dancing With the Stars.” Ariana and pro partner, Pasha Pashkov, finished in third place during the finale episode earlier this month. 

“It’s awesome. He’s incredibly supportive,” Ariana said of her boyfriend, in October. “He sacrifices his sleep and time to help me with anything I need, and then he takes a red-eye back and goes straight to work.”

The Bravo star added — “He’ll clean up things that are left out and [does] little things you don’t really think about. When I come home from the show and everything’s clean and there’s food in the fridge that he made, it’s like, ‘Wow, that’s so nice.’”

Daniel will appear on “Vanderpump Rules” during Season 11, as Lala dished on her Instagram Story that the trainer had joined the group for a cast trip to Northern California. 

Ariana recently revealed that she’s prepared for viewers to support  Sandoval in the wake of the cheating scandal. 

“Mark my words, everyone’s gonna hate Ariana this season, and develop a soft spot for Tom,” an Instagram user wrote in November.

Ariana chimed in to share that she “certainly wouldn’t be surprised if the audience swings that way.”

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premieres Tuesday, January 30 at 8 pm ET, on Bravo.
