Vicki Gunvalson Unleashes Fury on Alexis Bellino Over Alleged Boyfriend Theft from Shannon Beador!
Vicki Gunvalson has fired a shot at her former Real Housewives of Orange County co-star, Alexis Bellino, for dating Shannon Beador’s ex-boyfriend, John Janssen.
Vicki sounded off in the comment section of an Instagram post that implied that Shannon wasn’t happy about the budding romance.
“Ridiculous and thirsty on both of them,” Vicki wrote.
Shannon and John dated for four years before parting ways, in November 2022.
Alexis and John are officially dating but have not made the jump to girlfriend/boyfriend status, according to a recent report by Page Six.
An insider told the outlet that the two were “still getting to know each other,” while “enjoying” their time together. A previous report stated that Alexis and John were “quickly becoming friends” after connecting at a group dinner in November.
Alexis was a main RHOC cast member from Season 5 through Season 8, before leaving the show in 2013. Shannon joined the Bravo series in 2014, and has not interacted with Alexis on camera.
In a previous twist, Alexis’ ex-husband, Jim Bellino, sued Shannon and RHOC veteran, Tamra Judge, for defamation after his split from Alexis.
In 2018, Bellino, 61, accused Shannon and Tamra of making defamatory remarks about his business and his breakup while appearing on Heather McDonald’s podcast, “Juicy Scoop.” Shannon and Tamra denied all accusations of misconduct. Shannon claimed that her comments did not personally defame Bellino or damage his potential business deals.
“Shannon is absolutely devastated that John would spend time with Alexis, knowing how much pain and hundreds of thousands of dollars the lawsuit her ex-husband filed caused her,” a tipster told Page Six, last month.
Shannon and Alexis’ past beef was revived after Shannon was overheard “bitching” about the RHOC alum “to other people nearby” only hours before her September DUI/ hit and run arrest. A TMZ spy alleged that Shannon was dissing Alexis while drinking with friend, Steve Muller, at Newport Beach, California eatery, A Restaurant.
Alexis later told TMZ — “Shannon and I did not interact that night, but it greatly saddens me to learn that she may harbor negative feelings or resentment toward me, as I was not involved in Jim Bellino’s lawsuit against Shannon.”
The outlet’s source ripped Alexis for “running to the press.”
“Shannon wasn’t even on the show with Alexis and has been nothing but kind to her,” the insider added. “Alexis is obviously desperate to get back on the show and is using Shannon to do it.”
The snitch alleged that the situation has shown Shannon just how “fame hungry” John is, and that he pursued their relationship “to be in the spotlight.”
Last month, sources told told Radar Online that Shannon would be able to navigate filming Season 18 even with Alexis in the mix, because she knows that friends, specifically Vicki, would have her back.
“I think she has enough allies on that show,” one insider said, adding — “Especially if they bring Vicki (Gunvalson) back.”
