Kathryn Dennis MOCKS Cops Investigating Her For Hit and Run

Kathryn Dennis happily smiled for the camera as police conducted an interview after she was involved in a terrifying hit-and-run incident in front of an elementary school.

The former Southern Charm star’s 2022 Ford Bronco zipped past Whitesville Elementary School in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, ignoring the traffic cop’s stop sign before striking the school crossing guard. The 40-year-old deputy sheriff’s hand was broken during the October hit-and-run incident, which occurred around 7:30 am.

Police officers took multiple photos of Dennis’ SUV as well as tire marks on the dirt, per a report by Radar Online. The exterior driver’s side rear view mirror was missing a cover, as shown in the photos. The police notes stated that they followed the former reality star in order to take photos of her license plates.

Dashcam footage captured the chaos after Dennis’ vehicle struck the deputy before she fled the scene.

The deputy wrote in the subsequent police report — “As I began to ask the traffic leaving the school to take the right and the traffic coming from Highway 52 to take the left, I noticed that the vehicle traveling from South Live Oak Drive was not slowing down.”

She continued — “I blew on my whistle and stepped to the left to get out of the vehicle’s way. As I stepped to the left, the vehicle drove past me, striking me on the right side. The stop sign broke in my hand and landed in the roadway.”

The deputy added — “The driver did not slow down or change driving driving pattern  prior to or after striking me.”

The deputy was able to describe the vehicle, including a partial tag number, as well as a physical description of Dennis. She described the driver as a “white female with dirty blonde hair,” per the police report.

The victim, later identified as Michelle Ward, described the hit-and-run in a follow-up phone interview with Radar Online.

“You got a vehicle coming at you that, the speed limit over there is 35 (mph), but you can tell this person is not doing 35 and getting hit – that hurts,” she explained.

The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office deputy continued — “The vehicle struck me on the right side. Luckily, I turned around to notice that she wasn’t stopping because otherwise, I would’ve gotten hit in the back — blindsided. But I turned around and saw that the vehicle wasn’t stopping and tried to get out of the way, but I wasn’t faster than the car, unfortunately.”

Ward explained that she twisted her ankle when she tried to dodge the SUV, which sideswiped the right side of her body. She added that her right hand was smashed after she instinctively put it out to protect herself.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently conducting an investigation  and has yet to charge Dennis.
All About The Tea received information that the former Southern Charm star is ridiculing the investigation, convinced of her own invincibility.
