Kroy made purchases at Bakery in Atlanta, paid for an Uber ride, and sent a woman named Tracey $700 via Cash App, according the last statement, which the bank attached to the lawsuit. Chase is demanding to be paid in full.

The newest lawsuit is one of several making headlines amid the couple’s on-again-off-again divorce. TMZ reported last week that the pair’s dire financial situation sparked a fight so heated that one of their minor kids called the cops.

TMZ later confirmed that the explosive argument stemmed from the couple’s desperate financial predicament. The report stated that the two had been bickering for a week before things finally boiled over into an “extremely loud” argument.

The latest incident was just one in a long string of domestic disputes that have involved law enforcement. Police have been dispatched to the residence several times since the couple announced their breakup, earlier this year.

The former Bravo star and ex Atlanta Falcons linebacker were slapped with a federal tax lien on April 11, shortly before they announced their impending divorce. The IRS accused the couple of owing over a million dollars in back taxes for the years 2013, 2017 and 2018. Kroy was later hit with a lawsuit over outstanding debt racked up in a Bahamas casino and an unpaid bill tied to a car lease. In June, Target filed a lawsuit alleging they were owed a balance of $2,482.24. Kim is also being sued by Saks/Capital One for neglecting to pay $150k in credit card debt and fees.

Earlier this month, the estranged couple filed a lawsuit against Truist Bank to shut down the scheduled foreclosure auction of their Alpharetta, Georgia mansion. Kim begged the court to allow them to sell their 7-bed/ 9-bath home themselves, in order to bring in cash to pay down their massive debt. They explained that the estate was currently on the market for $6 million.

Kim wrote — “I am writing this affidavit today with a sense of urgency and a sincere request for your understanding and assistance in a matter of great importance to my family.”

“Our primary concern revolves around the home that we share, in which we have invested not only our finances but also our memories. The bank holds the mortgage for this property. and we are also burdened with a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) and unresolved IRS obligations.”

The “Don’t Be Tardy” personality added — “We strongly believe that the proceeds from its sale can help alleviate our financial difficulties and secure a stable future for our children. However, the impending threat of foreclosure is looming over us, and time is of the essence.”

Kroy and I will face insurmountable financial hardships, and the most devasting consequence will be the impact on our children, who would be left homeless,” Kim said.

A judge has yet to rule on the case.
