Lenny Hochstein Accuses Lisa Hochstein of Abusing Hardcore Drugs
Lenny Hochstein has accused his estranged wife, “Real Housewives of Miami” star, Lisa Hochstein, of taking Adderall and Klonopin recreationally.
The plastic surgeon fired off the accusations in court documents amid the ex-couple’s bitter divorce war.
Lenny alleged in court docs, “Recently, Husband learned that Wife has expressed that she is using certain drugs, namely Adderall and Klonopin, and that she needs these drugs for recreational use, which is of grave concern to Husband since Wife is the primary parent charged with caring for Minor Children.”
Adderall is used to treat ADHD and Klonopin, a benzodiazepine, is used to manage seizure and panic disorders.
The documents stated that Lenny discovered Lisa’s alleged drug use in audio recordings “recovered from a clandestine listening device,” that he claimed was “illegally placed” in his vehicle.
In May, Lenny, 57, filed an emergency motion after discovering an electronic device taped to the bottom of his vehicle’s driver’s seat. He asked the court to prohibit Lisa, 41, from recording and listening to his private conversations.
The Miami-based surgeon stated that Lisa “can be clearly heard on the recording discussing with a male her desired acquisition of additional unprescribed Adderall and Klonopin,” in documents filed later that same month.
He also said that he was willing to turn over the audio recordings to the court to prove that his ex was talking about her recreational drug use.
The other person in the recording was not identified in the court documents.
Lisa responded to the allegations via a statement, telling the outlet—”I was surprised and disappointed that Doctor Lenny Hochstein, a formerly respected medical professional, would be so cavalier in releasing my medical records in one of his fits of rage.”
“I have prescriptions and am under medical supervision for these medicines.”
Lenny is “uncertain” about how the drugs had affected her behavior, according the to court filing. He referenced a May incident, during which Lisa allegedly physically and verbally assaulted him as he was leaving their Star Island mansion.
Court documents read — “During the early evening hours of Wednesday, May 10, 2023, an unfortunate incident took place at the Star Island Home.”
“Wife aggressively confronted Husband and physically pushed Husband and then followed him around the house while unleashing a verbal assault on Husband without justification.”
Lenny supposedly entered the house to pick up his mail when Lisa purportedly launched a “verbal tirade about money and support” and began “pushing” him and “yelling at him.”
Lisa told the cops that Lenny was the “aggressor” after calling 911, but neither side convinced the officers that an arrest was warranted.
Lenny claimed that the reality star’s behavior posed a a threat to the health, safety, and welfare” of their two children, Logan, 8, and 4-year-old Elle. He requested that the court award “100% time-sharing” of their kids in order to protect the children from witnessing their mother’s “conduct and drug use and abuse.”
Lenny filed for divorce from the Bravo star in May 2022, after a nearly 13-year marriage.
