Diddy Stressed Out and Depressed After Settling With Cassie for $100 Million and New Sexual Assault Lawsuits Emerge

Sean “Diddy” Combs was photographed looking down in the dumps after settling a bombshell rape and abuse lawsuit brought by his ex, Cassie Ventura, and as new sexual assault lawsuits emerge.

Allegedly, Diddy has reached a settlement in his sexual assault lawsuit with Cassie, reportedly amounting to a significant $100 million. While the specifics of the settlement remain confidential, some details have surfaced.

A third woman has filed a lawsuit accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall of sexual assault, alleging that they took turns raping her and a friend in New York City over 30 years ago. This lawsuit follows a similar one filed against Combs for sexual assault in 1991 and another recently settled lawsuit involving rape and abuse, all filed under the Adult Survivors Act, which expired on Friday.

The musician was snapped outside his Miami residence looking defeated and somber, as his world continues to crumble. Combs, 54, appeared downcast as he hid his face in his hands only days after settling the explosive lawsuit. The rapper, who was spotted alongside his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, was wearing a T-shirt and sweatpants. Khorram was seen showing Combs something on her phone before the artist stretched out on his outdoor sofa.

The music producer was also seen talking on the phone as he walked around his Miami property. The pics marked the first time that Combs had been seen since Cassandra Ventura filed her lawsuit, on Thursday. The singer fired allegations that accused the music mogul of subjecting her to years of physical, sexual and mental abuse.

Court documents, the 37-year-old accused Combs of forcing her into sexual episodes with male prostitutes while he looked on and masturbated. She also claimed that Combs physically abused her and gave her drugs at the age of 19.

“Over the years that Mr. Combs abused Ms. Ventura physically and sexually, she again and again tried to escape his tight hold over her life,” the lawsuit stated. “Every time she hid, Mr. Combs’s vast network of corporations and affiliated entities found her, and those who worked for Mr. Combs’s companies implored her to return to him.”

The lawsuit also alleged that the rapper “was prone to uncontrollable rage, and frequently beat Ms. Ventura savagely.”

Combs’ lawyer, Ben Brafman, alleged that Ventura had demanded a payoff before filing her lawsuit.

Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations,” Brafman said in a statement. “For the past 6 months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail.”

The lawsuit was settled in only 24 hours, with both parties stating that they had “amicably” struck an agreement.

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” Ventura said.

She added — “I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

Combs agreed, stating — “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”

Brafman went on to clarify that the swift settlement did not equal an admission of guilt.

“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Brafman told Page Six Saturday.

Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”
