‘RHOM’ Star Dr. Nicole Martin Expecting Her Second Child
Dr. Nicole Martin and fiancé, Anthony Lopez, are expecting their second child together. The Real Housewives of Miami star, who shares 4½-year-old son, Greyson, with Anthony, spoke to People about the happy news.
“Anthony and I wear many hats, but we always say that being parents is by far our favorite!” the 39-year-old anesthesiologist told the outlet. “We have so much fun with Greyson and are over the moon about expanding our family.”
The little one is due in April 2024.
The baby news coincided with the RHOM Season 6 premiere, which aired Wednesday night.
Nicole shared that the couple’s son is thrilled about becoming a big brother.
“Oh, he is very excited about the addition to our family,” she said. “He has been asking for a sibling for quite some time, and I know he’s going to be a wonderful big brother.”

Nicole and Anthony announced the news to their social media followers by posting a video of themselves reading a fake newspaper, on Instagram.
The headlines read, “Baby Lopez Coming Soon” and “Baby #2 On The Way,” alongside ultrasound pics and positive pregnancy tests.
“Extra! Extra! Our family is growing ,” the pregnant Bravo star wrote in the post’s caption.
Nicole and Anthony welcomed their first child in February 2019. Nearly two years later, the attorney popped the question during a family vacation in Aspen, Colorado, in December 2021.
The future bride told People that the proposal was “simple and private and nothing short of perfect.”
“We’ve talked about marriage before. I think we both knew it would happen one day,” she said. “I just didn’t know that day was coming so soon.”
She told the outlet that her husband-to-be was “funny,” “sarcastic,” and “incredibly handsome.” She also noted that they were both “ambitious individuals.”
“It’s hard to find someone that wants to see you succeed,” said Nicole. “I feel like people just don’t want their partner to do well because they want to keep them in a box or they want to keep them in a cage, but I feel like we both give each other the space to spread our wings.”
“At the end of the day, if you give your partner enough space, they’re always going to come back. It’s kind of like that whole bird in hand, let him go,” she added. “And I just feel like we’ve got this thing where we just give each other the support that we need to grow.”
Nicole has been a main cast member on RHOM since Season 4.
The Real Housewives of Miami airs Wednesdays at 9 pm ET on Bravo.
