Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are begging a Fulton County judge to stop the foreclosure of their Georgia mansion, as per court documents.
According to RadarOnline.com, The couple, currently undergoing divorce proceedings, has filed for an injunction and a temporary restraining order against Truist Bank in an effort to halt the foreclosure process, allowing them the opportunity to sell the property at a profit.
The legal documents indicate the bank has started the foreclosure proceedings on their home, the primary asset the couple plans to use to settle outstanding debts. The property, a spacious residence boasting seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, is slated for auction on November 7.
Kim and Kroy argue that moving forward with the foreclosure contradicts the intentions of preserving the marital estate as per orders issued in their divorce case. Kim, sharing her urgent plea in the filing, emphasizes the significance of the home to their family, not only financially but also in terms of the memories created there.
Expressing a sense of urgency, Kim Zolciak articulated their belief that the sale of the property could substantially aid in improving their financial stability, essential for the wellbeing of their children.
