Kim Zolciak Preparing For the Next “Big Poppa” With Vaginal Tightening Surgery 

Kim Zolciak is prepping for the next “Big Poppa,” with vaginal tightening surgery amid her messy split from Kroy Biermann.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum paused her chaotic split from Kroy Biermann long enough to undergo a laser vaginal rejuvenation procedure. Kim trusted Los Angeles based plastic surgeon, David Matlock, to refurbish her private parts amid her headline-grabbing divorce war.    

The mom of six was open about her experience, posting a reel on her Instagram Story from the doc who performed the procedure. Kim Zolciak, who was bare-faced as she sported a pink rainbow sweatshirt, excitedly told her fans and followers that she was set to undergo a “V Rejuvenation.” She clarified that her decision had nothing to do with her estranged husband.

“Obviously, I’ve had six children. I had them all naturally. So, when I’m running or even when I sneeze, I do pee a little bit, which bothers me greatly,” she explained. “So, I am with the best in the country doing that today, so I’m very excited. I’ll keep you guys posted.”

Kim’s lady bits were not the “Don’t Be Tardy” alum’s only focus — she also shared that she planned to tighten up her skin. 

The doctor captioned the video — “After have multiple children naturally, she began to have relaxed muscles, which she decided to have Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation to stop her peeing whenever running or sneezing.”

The reality star will have to refrain from sex for six weeks following the procedure, per the doctor’s website.

“During your recovery period, do not engage in sexual activity or exercise (including but not limited to yoga, spinning, cycling, Pilates, running, weightlifting, etc),” the website reads. 

During the initial seasons of Real Housewives of Atlanta — Kim had a reality filled with the luxury provided by a sugar daddy, despite the shadowy figure known as “Big Poppa” being married to another woman during that period. “Big Poppa” was a name well-known by RHOA fans before Kim tied the knot with her now-estranged husband Kroy Biermann in 2011.

Last month, the 45-year-old asked the court to dismiss Kroy’s divorce petition, citing their active sex life as proof that their marriage remained strong. She stated that the contentious duo had engaged in “marital sexual relations on multiple occasions” since the former NFL linebacker initially filed for divorce.

Kroy acknowledged that he and his estranged wife had been engaging in sexual activity, but reiterated in court docs that he had “no desire to reconcile.”

“The fact that he engaged in sexual relations with [Zolciak] does not indicate a desire to reconcile,” the documents stated, adding that Kroy “remains steadfast in his desire to divorce.”

The 38-year-old former pro athlete also alleged that Kim was using her dismissal request as a means to “delay” their divorce proceedings and stall the sale of their $3 million Georgia estate.

“She has stated that she prefers to file for bankruptcy; a move that will ensure that the parties and their children will remain under the same roof for a significant period of time,” the documents stated. 

Earlier this month, Kroy and Kim put their Alpharetta, Georgia mansion on the market amid ongoing foreclosure procedures. The pair’s seven-bedroom property is available for $6 million, despite realtor.com valuing the home at approximately $2,540,00.
