As fans know, Vanessa accused Evelyn of being involved with former MLB player, Carl Crawford, while he was in a relationship with her friend, Amy Freeman. Vanessa claimed that Evelyn’s relationship with Carl overlapped with Amy’s, who had been with Carl for 12 years and was expecting his child at the time. Evelyn, in response, vehemently defended herself against these allegations during their heated exchange.

After a vicious onscreen altercation, Evelyn  and Vanessa, have been engaged in a contentious exchange on social media recently. Vanessa accused Evelyn of being a “homewrecker,” alleging that she was involved with Carl Crawford during his relationship with Amy Freeman. Evelyn has refuted these allegations, asserting that Carl was deceptive to both women.

Evelyn emphasized that despite the past, she and Amy currently maintain a positive co-parenting relationship. Evelyn expressed surprise at Vanessa’s continued issue with the situation, considering her current understanding with Amy. Amy has communicated that there are unresolved issues that need to be addressed if Evelyn is going to be a part of her life.

In a heated confrontation between the Basketball Wives stars, tensions escalated over past relationships. Evelyn attempted to clarify that she, Carl, and Amy were victims of Carl’s unfaithfulness, emphasizing that all parties have moved beyond the past and have established a harmonious co-parenting relationship. Vanessa, however, remained unconvinced, labeling Evelyn a “homewrecker,” and questioning the legitimacy of her co-parenting arrangement.

The confrontation intensified, with Evelyn accusing Vanessa of redirecting frustrations from her own life onto others. The argument gained the attention and commentary of fellow cast member Brooke Bailey and some fans, who found Vanessa’s persistent anger puzzling given that Amy and Evelyn seem to have reconciled and are cooperating well in their current lives, even sharing childcare responsibilities.

Vanessa justified her position, citing loyalty as a basis for holding onto the grudge despite the seemingly resolved circumstances among the involved parties.

Vanessa Rider has been in the spotlight due to her reaction following her husband Isaiah Rider’s infidelity during the pandemic’s peak. Her measures, which include installing security cameras and tracking his car to forestall further indiscretions, have been met with criticism. Furthermore, Vanessa disclosed to Jackie a rather personal approach of daily checks as a preventive measure.

In the midst of the controversy, there’s seems to be some support coming Vanessa’s way from OG (Ogom “Og” Chijindu). Indications of their communication and potential alliance were hinted at on social media. Vanessa revealed to an Instagram user about a recent conversation with OG, a statement which OG subsequently shared on her own Instagram Story.
