Tinsley Mortimer Flaunts Jaw-Dropping $500K Engagement Ring From RICH Fiancé Robert Bovard
Tinsley Mortimer has been showing off a massive emerald and diamond engagement ring after going public with fiancé, Robert Bovard, last week. The Real Housewives of New York City alum is set to walk down the aisle next month.
The 48-year-old posted of photo of herself with her new man alongside three children on her Instagram Story last weekend, captioning the image — “Family vacay before the big day!”
Robert Bovard had his arm around the former reality star in the snap and the faces of the three kids, including a set of twin girls, were concealed with emojis. It remains unclear if Robert is the father of the three children.
The former Bravo star also posted a mirror selfie rocking a a white bikini and baseball cap, but it was her dazzling ring that grabbed the attention of fans.
Diamond Pro CEO, Mike Fried, spoke to Page Six on Wednesday about Tinsley’s ring, a “deep green” emerald surrounded by a “halo of diamonds.”
“Finding a high-quality emerald of that size is no small feat,” he told the outlet, estimating the value of the piece to be $500k.
He continued — “The ring is a stunning display of Tinsley’s style. It shows that she’s not afraid to step out of traditional choices and opt for a style that radiates with character and color.”
Edward Klopfer, a Rare Carat gemologist, assessed the stone to be “Colombian Emerald with limited treatment,” worth “north of $300,000.”
Tinsley was also sporting three Cartier love bracelets in the photos, a Cartier Juste un Clou bracelet, a diamond tennis bracelet, and a 5-motif Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet, a stack likely as pricey as her new ring.
Insiders told Page Six that Tinsley and Robert, whose late wife reportedly died from a brain tumor, will be tying the knot in Palm Beach, Florida on November 11. How long the couple dated before deciding to get hitched remains unknown.
Tinsley has purportedly been enjoying her time out of the spotlight since leaving RHONY in 2019, after appearing on the show for four seasons.
The series followed Tinsley’s on-and-off romance with CouponCabin founder, Scott Kluth. The two connected on a blind date in front of Bravo cameras and Tinsley later left the show to be with her Chicago-based boyfriend. The pair got engaged in November 2019, but split two years later. Tinsley moved south after the breakup and has been reportedly living her life under the radar ever since.
Tinsley was previously married to Robert Livingston “Topper” Mortimer. She was later romantically linked to Prince Casimir and Constantine Maroulis.
