Kim Zolciak Calls Cops On Kroy Biermann AGAIN in Explosive Marital Showdown!
Chaos continues to erupt inside the home of Don’t Be Tardy couple, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, as two more domestic incidents have been uncovered.
Police responded to back-to-back incidents at the estranged couple’s mansion on September 30, two days after Kroy was accused of swiping the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s cell phone and dodging police, per police docs obtained by Radar Online.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann continue to live under the same roof with their four young children, who have regularly watched the cops respond to domestic meltdowns.
The latest spat was reported around 3 pm by the former Atlanta Falcons linebacker, who called 911 to complain that his wife had barricaded herself inside a room, which had led to an alleged physical altercation.
“Caller Statement: Wife is attacking him/kicking him,” the police dispatch notes stated. “RP (reporting person) says FEM (female) has locked herself in the room that she isn’t supposed to be in.”
The dispatch log stated that Kim Zolciak made a fast exit from her house, which is located just outside Atlanta, in a white Range Rover. Kim, who was wearing a black top and a robe, was listed as a “suspect” in the notes.
The police, who indicated that the incident was cleared an hour later, noted that the couple’s children were “around the house” at the time of the dispute.
Kim Zolciak made the second 911 call of the day, accusing Kroy of domestic violence as noted in the heavily redacted dispatch records.
“Caller Statement: PD (police department) just left. I went to my (storage) space he came in and started going through my stuff, broke my nails, (redacted) he went out the side door with all my stuff,” the log stated.
Kroy, 38, who was wearing a white shirt and white hat, was labeled a “suspect” on the run in the second incident. The log also confirmed that the children were present and witnessing the domestic craziness.
Kim, 35, shares four children with the former pro athlete, Kroy Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and 9 year-old twins Kaia and Kane. Kroy adopted Kim’s adult daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, after the couple wed, in 2011.
Police were dispatched to the home, which is currently on the market amid a foreclosure, two days prior, the day after Kim returned to Georgia from filming the upcoming season of “The Surreal Life,” in Colombia. The kids were reportedly asleep as the pair waged war over Kim’s cellphone.
Earlier this month, police body cam footage captured during an August 25 episode revealed Kroy engaged in a standoff with police after he was ordered to turn over his wife’s belongings.
“I am in fear of my safety,” Kroy yelled while barricaded inside the master bedroom. “I don’t want to talk.”
Kroy filed for divorce from the reality star in May, then refiled in August after a brief reconciliation.
