Kelly Clarkson Unveils SHOCKING New Look … Loss A TON Of Weight!
Kelly Clarkson turned heads over the weekend while attending the Audacy’s 10th Annual We Can Survive concert. Fans were drop-jawed over the pop star’s dramatic weight loss as she showed off her slimmed down figure in a black printed dress, on Saturday.
The concert featured performances by Kelly Clarkson, Maroon 5, One Republic, and David Kushner. Taylor Swift and her new boyfriend, NFL star, Travis Kelce, attended the event, which was held in Newark, New Jersey.
The talk show host rocked a short, embellished black dress, black tights and metallic boots. Kelly posted a photo of her ensemble on Instagram, captioning the pic — “Last night’s look at the @audacy @WeCanSurvive.”
Fans flooded the comment section to chime in on Kelly’s trimmer physique.
One user said — “Please share your secrets!! What are you doing to look so amazing!!”
Another asked — “Can you share your weight loss journey.? You look great.”
One fan remarked — “A slay from queen Kelly.”
A second commented — “Kelly, you have been SERVING and SLAYING.”
A third wrote — “Looks like someone is taking their life back 100%… you are just the sweetest human and deserve nothing but the best.”
Kelly Clarkson spoke about the emotional turmoil that came with her decision to divorce her ex, Brandon Blackstock, during a recent appearance on the “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend” podcast. The “American Idol” alum was promoting her new album, “Chemistry,” which was influenced by the difficult split.
Kelly admitted that she felt “alone” and “isolated” as she navigated her divorce.
“Divorce, in general, is hard. Separation, grief, loss, all of that is hard. I think the worst part is when you feel alone,” the mom of two told O’Brien and the podcaster’s live audience.
She added that she had a hard time opening up to close friends because they had not experienced a similar situation.
She explained — “When you’re going through something so horrendous and so publicly, there’s no way to describe that…I think when you’re that isolated…that’s the worst to not feel like you can connect to another being and not heal in that sense.”
Kelly shared that she struggled to maintain her mental health as she balanced a breakup and work commitments during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“I would be like truth, completely balling right before we would be shooting and be like, ‘how do I fix this?’…It’s hard to keep smiling,” she admitted.
“There was one time – I never cancel, I’m not that person – and I was like, I can’t actually fix this. I looked like, oh God, put her in a jacket. It was real bad. I was really sad, so we had to cancel one day,” the TV host shared.
In June 2020, Kelly, 41, filed for divorce from Brandon, 40, after a seven year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Their breakup was contentious and was followed by a bitter court battle over their marital assets.
