Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein, moved out of her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein’s Star Island mansion — and into a $32k per-month luxury condo.
The 5-bedroom, 5 and a half bath, 5,586-square-foot Miami Beach condo spans the building’s entire second floor and features 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The apartment has a private elevator entry and a large wraparound balcony with a private hot tub. The huge kitchen features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and the bedrooms boast massive walk-in closets.
The building amenities include full beach service, 24-hour onsite concierge, a fitness center and spa, zen park security and valet.
The condominium was offered completely unfurnished which sparked a conflict between Lisa and Lenny, who is covering up to $17k a month for his ex’s new digs. The plastic surgeon submitted a notice of intent to subpoena the condo management for “full inventories” of the apartment’s contents, including appliances, artwork and furniture, because he believed that the unit was rented furnished.
Court docs obtained by Page Six revealed that the Lenny, 57, issued the same request to the moving company Lisa hired to move her possessions. Docs state that Lenny believes that Lisa removed “virtually all of the furnishings, housewares, kitchenware, and artwork.”
Lisa, 41, has yet to respond to Lenny’s latest legal action.
A source previously told the outlet that the reality star took bedroom sets for the estranged couple’s two children, Logan and Elle, to set up in her new home. The snitch claimed that Lenny went out of his way to make the Peacock star’s move “awkward” and “chaotic,” after he unexpectedly appeared at the house on moving day to “monitor” her every move.
An insider said — “He made the move really uncomfortable. She was trying to do her best to get everything done. He kept interfering. He should have been at work.”
The court ordered that Lisa leave the family home in September. Lenny allegedly treated her “horribly” in front of their two young children during the transition.
“He wanted to be there to breathe down her back,” the tipster added. “He just wanted to create problems.”
Lenny reportedly called the cops when he noticed that Lisa had taken items that he believed should have been left behind.
He allegedly screamed — “She’s a f–king idiot. Go back to the trailer.”
“He berated her,” the source said. “He was being a drama queen and trying to intimidate her.”
The surgeon’s 28-year-old fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, moved into the mansion after Lisa vacated the premises.
The ex-couple has been embroiled in a messy divorce since Lenny filed for dissolution in May 2022, after a 13-year marriage. Lisa, who is currently dating boyfriend, Jody Glidden, accused her then-husband of having an affair with Mazepa, but he denied the allegation.
