‘RHOC’ Cast Hit With Another Arrest After Shannon Beador’s DUI and Hit-and-Run!
Approximately a week after Shannon Beador was apprehended and charged with DUI and hit-and-run, her ex John Janssen’s son, Joe, was arrested for felony vandalism in Newport Beach, California.
The Newport Beach police responded to a vandalism complaint on September 13th at the intersection of Newport Place and Dove Street. After conducting a thorough investigation, Joe, was arrested on the following Saturday at 7:15 p.m. Pacific Time.
He was released from custody at 11:38 p.m. Pacific Time after posting $20,000 bail.
If Joe is convicted, he could potentially face a maximum sentence of up to three years in jail.
On September 6, it appears that Joe had another encounter with law enforcement when he and a group of friends were seemingly stopped for “drifting” their black BMWs.
The 26-year-old documented the incident and posted it on his public Instagram account with a caption, “It’s x drive 😈 …… #cars #fyp #explore #bmw #police #viral #trending #reels.”
The 57-year-old businessman has been grappling with the consequences of the arrest of the Real Housewives of Orange County star. In fact, he extended assistance by aiding her in renting a property near his residence, as she had initially stayed with him temporarily to secure more privacy than her own home could provide.
Photographs depicted Shannon, aged 59, seeking solace from John just days following her accident. The crash had resulted in multiple injuries for the Bravolebrity, necessitating her arm to be in a sling.
Photos captured the insurance broker attempting to conceal what appeared to be a bruise on her forehead by wearing a pair of sunglasses.
Shannon has remained silent about her arrest, but her close friend Jeff Lewis disclosed that she’s actively exploring treatment centers and making efforts to cover the expenses resulting from the accident she caused.
In addition to her legal troubles, the “Real for Real” founder is under investigation by animal control because her dog, Archie, was in the vehicle with her during the crash.
As reported, the Real Housewives of Orange County star is now under investigation by Newport Beach Police Department’s animal control unit because she had her beloved dog, Archie, in the car during the incident.
A public information officer from the Newport Beach Police Department confirmed to us on Friday, stating that their chief animal control officer is presently reviewing the situation.
“We don’t have animal endangering laws like you would with children but we do have animal cruelty laws, so he’s going to look into that a little bit further,” Sgt. Steve Oberon adds.
