Raquel Leviss Throws Shade! Goes Public With Victim Act in Savage Takedown of Ex-Lover Tom Sandoval
Raquel Leviss celebrated turning 29 by shutting down Tom Sandoval after he publicly wished her a happy birthday. The Vanderpump Rules alum blocked her ex, then shared the news with fans and followers.
Raquel Leviss posted a screenshot of Sandoval’s blocked account to her Instagram Story and added a GIF that read “OK bye!”
Sandoval offered his best wishes on Raquel’s Instagram Reel, which documented her visit to a flower farm.
Sandoval wrote — Happy Birthday Rachel, I really hope ur finding peace and happiness. Miss u friend.”
Sandoval called Raquel by her birth name, which she reclaimed after her affair with the cover brand frontman was exposed.
Fans were quick to back the former pageant queen in the post’s comment section.
One person wrote — “R U OK. Hope you’re finding peace? LOL you’re a big proponent on why the girls [sic] doesn’t have peace. This coulda been a text or dm my dude.”
Another user told the “Pump Rules” bar owner to “go away,” labeling Sandoval “manipulative.”
Raquel Leviss walked away from the Bravo series last month, as production for Season 11 kicked off. Her last appearance was on the VPR Season 10 reunion stage, where she was raked over the coals for her months-long affair with Sandoval.
The scandalous romance was revealed in March, after Sandoval’s longtime girlfriend and Raquel’s then-friend, Ariana Madix, stumbled upon a sexually explicit video on the musician’s phone. Sandoval and Raquel stayed together during the headline-making fallout, but parted ways in May as Raquel received treatment at an Arizona mental health facility.
Sandoval has been linked with several other women since his breakups from both Madix, 38, and Raquel. His most recent love interest is reportedly Los Angeles musician, Tii.
The dissed birthday wish came after Raquel told her side of “Scandoval” to Real Housewives of New York City alum, Bethenny Frankel.
The former reality star explained that she had discovered an internal “love addiction” while in therapy, during the bombshell interview.
“It took me a while to accept, but I learned about love addiction, and it’s a real thing,” she said during an August appearance on the “Just B with Bethenny Frankel” podcast. “It’s where you confuse intensity for intimacy. … And those chemical changes in the brain are the same chemical changes that happen when you take drugs.”
“So it is addictive, and it explains why I couldn’t stop seeing this person,” she added. “It also doesn’t excuse the fact that it happened, but now I know better.”
Raquel also revealed that she had used alcohol to cope with anxiety.
“So when I was filming, I was drinking a lot to ease that anxiety,” she said. “And in a reality TV environment, I wasn’t getting that safe space to express my emotions in a healthy way.”
