Cops Called To Kim Zolciak and Estranged Husband Kroy Biermann’s House AGAIN Amid Messy Divorce
The marital drama between Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Kim Zolciak, and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, boiled over again last month amid the couple’s contentious divorce.
On August 27, an argument seemingly heated up as someone inside the Biermann household called 911 and hung up, according to a Milton, Georgia Police Department report, obtained by Radar Online.
The suspicious call came two days after Kim Zolciak called 911 to report that her husband had locked her out of their house. Kroy reportedly dropped a pillow outside the mansion’s front door for his estranged ex.
Police responded to the cryptic call with a priority 3-level emergency, which indicates a potential crime is in progress. The response came after a dispatcher called back and received no response, per the police report. The identity of the person who made the call was redacted in the report, so it remains unknown if one of the couple’s children was responsible for the 11:11 a.m. hang-up. Kim and Kroy share four children together, KJ, 12, Kash, 10 and 9-year-old twins, Kane and Kaia, as well as Kim’s adult daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21.
“Kim and Kroy having a verbal altercation and (redacted) called 911 from the home phone,” the police report stated. “Met with all three and they advised everything was fine. Kroy then left to walk around while Kim and (redacted) packed for a trip.”
Kim Zolciak and Brielle Biermann were seen in Los Angeles airport, LAX, on Monday. The former Bravo star was snapped wearing her wedding ring.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy walked back their original May divorce filings in July, but sources claimed that the couple’s attempt to work out their marital woes failed. The duo has been at odds over who’s to blame for their desperate financial crisis, which includes owing $1.1 million in back taxes.
Kroy filed for divorce a second time only weeks after their July reconciliation. The former Atlanta Falcons linebacker asked the court for primary custody of the four children, child support, and exclusive use of the family home.
Kim called the cops on her husband on August 25 to report a “domestic disturbance” the day after she was hit with divorce papers.
“Caller statement: husband locked her out/caller arguing with husband,” the police report stated. “No one in danger – but caller reports: her husband has threatened her.”
“She had a locksmith come out and drill into the door to get her in,” police officers noted. “Her husband has put a pillow outside the door and won’t let her in the house.”
Kroy recently requested the immediate sale of their $3 million mansion, via an emergency hearing, to dodge foreclosure and to pay down the couple’s debt.
“Over the course of the marriage, the parties have incurred significant debt,” Kroy stated in court docs. “The parties faced foreclosure proceedings in February 2023.”
