Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird DRAGGED For Packing 5-Year-Old GMO Unhealthy Lunch – Mama June’s Reaction Is PRICELESS! 

Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird was hit with backlash after she showed off a lunch she prepped for her 5-year-old daughter, via her Instagram Story.

Mama June Shannon’s daughter was ripped by fans and followers who called the selections a “dangerous and unhealthy” mix for a school lunch.  

The Mama June: Road to Redemption star posted a photo of a pink and purple bento box packed with a meal prepared for her daughter, Ella. The lunch consisted of eight mozzarella sticks, whole strawberries and frozen grapes.   

Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird was the first to grab the IG Story, which was captioned “Goodmorning [sic].”

A fan posted a screenshot of the image on Reddit, asking — “Who the f–k gives their kids mozzarella sticks for lunch?”

Users blasted the mom of four for her lunch picks in the post’s comment section. 

One person wrote — “So dangerous and unhealthy!”

Another user added — “I’m more disturbed by the quantity here. It’s the fact that she’s being taught to eat like this.”

A third pointed out — “And 8!? … how hard is it to make a sandwich JFC.”

One fan labeled the cheese sticks “a choking hazard,” and another noted that the lunch had “zero protein” and was “all fat and sugar.”

One user said — “That’s too much cheese for a 5 yr old. Hell, it’s too much cheese for an adult really.”

Another person suggested that the WeTv star give her kiddos leftovers as she is “always cooking a ton of food.”

Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird and her husband, Josh Efird, share four children together, Ella, Bentley, 2, and one-year-old twins, Sylus and Stella. 

In June 2022, Lauryn was awarded sole custody of her sister, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson. The decision came after she was named Alana’s legal guardian amid their mother’s addiction issues, in August 2019.  June was ordered to pay her daughter $800 a month in child support until Alana’s 18th birthday, which was earlier this week. 

That same month, Lauryn took to social media to call out June for not putting effort into her relationship with her grandchildren. The busy mom sounded off on her private Facebook page about a week after giving birth, per a report by The U.S. Sun.  

She wrote — “Just putting this out into the air but it’s literally up to NO ONE but YOU to make sure you have a relationship with your grandkids, niece, nephew- etc. And if you don’t, you got no one to blame but you.”

“If you wanna see them, drive. If you wanna call them, call. It is not- I repeat NOT up to the PARENT to make sure you know their child. They are way too busy raising said child/children & already being active in their lives to worry about how active you are.”
