Kim Zolciak found herself unable to enter her home following a heated argument with her separated spouse, Kroy Biermann.
According to a police report obtained by RadarOnline.com, the dispute occurred merely one day after Kroy Biermann presented Kim Zolciak with divorce papers, in which he sought full custody of their four kids, child supporr, and the sole right to reside in their shared lavish home in Milton, Georgia.
Being the gentlemen he is, Kroy pointedly left a pillow at the front entrance for his separated spouse.
Official records indicate that a distressed Kim called the police around 11:50 p.m. on Friday, August 25 — citing a “domestic disturbance.”
“Caller statement: husband locked her out/caller arguing with husband,” according to the police report. “No one in danger – but caller reports: her husband has threatened her.”
The recent disagreement might have been triggered when a process server handed over the divorce papers to Kim on Friday, August 25, at 7 p.m. As of now, the mom of six hasn’t submitted a response to the Fulton County divorce court.
Kim Zolciak was served with divorce papers at the Georgia mansion she still shares with her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann. Kroy hired a process server last week after calling it quits on his marriage to the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum.
Court documents confirmed that the server traveled to the “Don’t Be Tardy” couple’s Alpharetta home, arriving at 7 pm on Friday, August 25. He said that he delivered the paperwork to Kim and left the property. It remains unknown if Kroy was at the residence at the time.
Kroy called his 11-year marriage to the ex reality star “irretrievably broken,” and revealed that he was pursuing sole legal and physical custody of the couple’s four children, Kroy, Kash, Kaia, and Kane. The docs revealed Kroy’s intent to seek both child support and alimony from his estranged wife. The former Atlanta Falcons linebacker is also seeking exclusive rights to the family home, per documents obtained by TMZ.
In May, Kim announced that she was parting ways with the former NFL star. The pair’s dueling divorce petitions kicked off a string of accusations from both sides, with Kim calling out Kroy for alleged drug use and Kroy accusing Kim of having an out-of-control gambling addiction.
The contentious couple continued to make headlines as multiple police reports were exposed. Kim was accused of punching her husband in the head during an altercation that unfolded just ahead of their divorce announcement. Kim later called the cops after Kroy locked up her personal belongings in a basement safe.
In July, police body camera footage acquired during a domestic squabble revealed Kim calling her husband “f**king crazy,” after he supposedly locked her out of their house and confiscated her keys. She claimed that Kroy was suffering from a “mental illness,” and that his mind appeared to be rapidly deteriorating.
The couple called off their split in July, with Kroy’s attorney telling E! News that “the parties are dismissing their divorce action and attempting a reconciliation.”
“They’ve been working on things,” an insider told Page Six at the time. “They’ve been talking more lately and getting along, so she decided to call it off.”
The couple appeared to be on the road to marital recovery but behind closed doors Kim and Kroy were “fighting nonstop,” according to TMZ.
The outlet obtained police body cam footage which revealed Kroy refocusing on Kim’s alleged gambling addiction.
“That problem has gotten worse,” he told the cops. “In the last two years, she’s gambled away $700,000— just in the last two-and-a-half years. The total in the marriage was about $1.5 million dollars — and she does it online.”
Kim countered by screaming at her husband to “get a f**king job!”
