Falynn Pina Says She Misses Simon Guobadia’s MONEY, and Blames ‘RHOA’ For Ruining Her Life
Falynn Pina claimed that her life was ruined by her decision to appear as a cast “friend” on Season 13 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta during a recent, no-holds-barred interview.
The Bravo alum spoke to “The Baller Alert Show” about her marriage to Simon Guobadia and subsequent relationship with baby daddy, Jaylan Banks.
The 35-year-old made it clear that she did not miss being on the Bravo show and would never go back.
“Yeah, I would have never done Housewives, to begin with,” she admitted. “They ruined my life…they came into my home and it all went to hell after that.”
Falynn was accused of cheating on her husband with her former assistant after Simon moved on with Falynn’s then-co-star, Porsha Williams. Falynn went on to have a child with Jaylan before their romance crashed and burned.
Falynn claimed that Simon never allowed her to work or go anywhere without him.
She said — “I was never allowed to have anything for myself, so here I was sitting on all this money, and I had nothing!”
Falynn, who revealed that she received a $10k per month allowance from her ex, admitted that while she didn’t miss Simon, she did miss the cash.
Falynn joked — “I miss the money.”
When asked how Jaylan came into the picture, the model explained — “He was my friend first. I had to take care of my three children and his kids. It was a lot to keep up. Covid hit, and he lost his job. I told him he could come to work with me while I was sitting on money. I started noticing that Simon started putting me off on Jaylan.”
Jaylan dropped a bomb last week while appearing on the “Relationships Matter” podcast, claiming that he had been “groomed” into a romance by Falynn after she pushed a negative portrayal of her then-husband.
On August 20, he revealed during an interview with The Shade Room that he had filed for full custody of the ex-couple’s daughter, Emma. He explained to Maya M.—“I don’t feel as she is in the right head space for our child, and I am praying for her.”
Falynn sported a “groomer” t-shirt in response, a move many called insensitive. Jaylan later said in a statement that he only meant to point to his ex’s manipulative behavior, not misuse or mischaracterize the term “grooming.”
Falynn hit back during her interview, slamming the accusation.
She said — “To say that I was a groomer knowing damn well I held you down. I paid for everything. I allowed the media and everyone, my own family, that you were a real man and you were taking care of business in the household when in all actuality, you weren’t doing anything. I cooked, I cleaned. Not that he didn’t cook ever, but most of the time. He would play his game for 16 hours a day because he fell into depression and would not be there for me and the children.”
Falynn went on to claim that she endured cheating, abuse and domestic violence during her time with Jaylan.
“There was cheating, there was abuse. There was domestic violence,” she claimed. “There was a lot that I put up with in just two years of being with him. It got to a point where, I mean, he was putting his hands on me and we weren’t even together anymore.”
Falynn and Jaylan announced a miscarriage in January and their split the following month. The former RHOA “friend” alleged that while Jaylan was a “great daddy,” to their baby, he “never paid for anything, ever.”
She claimed that Jaylan lashed out after he realized that she had moved on from the relationship. She also alleged that abuse occurred while she was pregnant with their child.
She said — “When [Jaylan Banks] found out that I finally was like moving on, you know, taking those steps toward seeing other people, I’ll never forget it. He came home, it was four in the morning. He came bussing in the door, he just, he choked me out, and I had to calm him down cause after that he said he couldn’t forgive himself cause he said he’d never hit me again.”
The mom of four dished that there’s a new man in her life but did not reveal his identity. She teased that her new beau is an actor and a boxer.
On Saturday, RSVP’s Pleasure P. dropped a hint when he posted a snap featuring Falynn, captioning the cozy shot—“@falynn I need more of you every moment #galaxy.”
The Shade Room reposted the image and Jaylan chimed in under the post with a series of laughing emojis.
